Just to check something, and apologies for going off at a tangent, but you are only a true ICT fan if you renew your season ticket? That's a very big soapbox you have there. As for NewCo this was part of the reason why I didn't renew. Any move to parachute New Rangers into the SPL would completely undermine the set up of Scottish football. As Proctor says, why should teams live within their means when they can go down the easy route of admin, liquidate and then jump back in and start again? It would be a completely abhorrent decision.

Is this the same "sign a contract when he returns from holiday" scenario as the one Hayes is meant to being doing with Aberdeen but still hasn't some two weeks later.

I wouldn't as I use mine mainly for EPL, Champions League, NFL etc. ICT don't feature that often on Sky and most of the games from the SPL I have no interest in seeing aside from the OF and the Edinburgh Derby.

Yeah it was McGarry. Maybe it is just me but that red card had me absolutely livid and smacked of a lack of professionalism. Still, plenty of good Tokely moments. His cross for Barrowman to score the opening goal in our first ever competitive win over Aberdeen was a smashing bit of play.

I decided not to renew. I'll still go to games but it's not value for money for me anymore. I really dislike going to games against the Old Firm and will settle for watching them on the TV and given that due to work and / or the weather disruption I normally miss about another 2 - 4 Homes a season. So for me personally, I'll get better games / £ value if I just pay as I go. It's sad but football, whilst an important thing in my life, is no longer the most important thing I need to concern myself with.

If you think that's bad, a previous design for the North Stand showed that the club at one time intended to call it "The Dolphin Stand"! I think that was a mockup drawn by a fan !!!! I have the pic somewhere ..... yup, just found it. They took Gordon Gillespie's famous ICT stadium photo and drew in a stand ..... Scotty - I seem to recall The Dolphin End being mentioned on a stadium mock up that was presented on CTO whilst we were on the old Rivals site. I think that was the name anyway. The one before Sportnetwork. Do you have anything about that?

If I remember rightly one of the things that Butcher had said he wanted to avoid this close season was having to undertake another major overhaul of the squad. I don't see now how we can avoid having to do something similar again.

Going off on a tangent but I'd certainly be concerned about the league that ICT are playing in. I've still to decide on renewing. I think today (or tomorrow is the deadline). Most of the guys I went along with have stopped going so it's not so much of a draw for me any more if I'm not going with them to be honest.
