That Rankin goal against Rangers makes the hairs on the back of your neck stand up :001: I don't think I have ever heard TCS as loud as that when he scored the winner.

Golly To Gypo Land
Mark McCulloch has done it already I believe.

Singing Section - Formal appeal
Interesting then that you can stand in these seated areas at half time and no one seems to mind...

Golly To Gypo Land
All the best Golly :003: That goal v Livi will live long in the memory! :clapping03:

Wyness
Aye lethal Stevie Crawford with his 5 goals this season! :015:

Partick new manager
I don't think they let him go though. There was some behind the scenes stuff going on and he didn't want talks over a new deal. Indeed in his last game at QotS he played the most random selection of players in a formation he had never used before and Airdrie proceeded to hump QotS 3 - 0. McCall might even have a made a friendly farewell gesture to the crowd as he left.

What's your diddy team?
I like to see Milan win but I couldn't care less if they did or not so that's as close to a passing interest in another team as I would get. I might support Cove or Inverurie next season as well.

Fixture list
Dave Dargo will be able to predict who we have on the first game for the 3rd season in a row :003:
-
Season tickets
I'd be inclined to hold off until they give us more information about a possible SS next season.

How Many Games Did You Attend?
Peterhead friendly was the only one you missed wasn't it?

ICT Goal of the Season
Rankin v Rangers for reasons already mentioned. Cracking goal. Then he went and did the same down at Falkirk the following week! :015: Wilson v Hibs in the thumping of the Green Brazil was another cracker but what about Baynes header v Celtic (or was it Aberdeen?) where he had to completely re adjust his body and get back behind to ball to header the ball into the net. That was fantastic ability!

How Many Games Did You Attend?
League 31/38 CIS Cup 2/2 TSC Cup 3/3 Friendlies 3/6 ------------------------------------ Total 39/49 That's nae bad. I've just worked out that I have travelled over 9,000 miles to see ICT this season! :010: 5,175 miles to get to all the Home games and 3,895 miles to get to the Away ones I was able to get to. I think I am responsible for all the CO2 churned out of Aberdeen! :015:

Champions League
Hurrah! Average Team Number 1 beat Average Team Number 2! :001:

Champions League
I want Milan to win but I think that Liverpool will sadly.

only 2 or 3 new players to come in
There was a rumour that if Dargo was leaving he wouldn't play on Saturday. If he did play...

End of another season
Our aim for the last 3 seasons has always been to avid relegation which we have done and, so far, we have been pretty solid in attaining 7th or 8th. If we are to up our aims then finishing around 8th should be it. Trying to break into the Top 6 is an aim that is beyond the club IMO at this moment in time. Nothing to do with lack of ambition more to do with lack of funds, crowds and simply being realistic given what we have to operate on compared to other teams that regularly feature in the top 6. When our average crowd is 10,000 (Min.) and we can pay players over £2,000 a week then we will be able to push into the top 6. Until then anything above 11th is a massive bonus. A nice Cup run would be nice however.

Big screen tv / scoreboard needed?
Scoreboards are only needed for people who cannot count and therefore keep the score. Maybe put one in the away end for when Rangers/Celtic come calling.
-
only 2 or 3 new players to come in
Every SPL team will be signing on lads from their youth set up and making signings that will add up to more than the 7 you have there Alex. That said I don't think we need a great deal coming in and agree with the numbers you have for ICT. We seldom bring in a load of players and simply replace the 3 or 4 who have left/retired and they (the new signings) take their place in the squad. No great overhauls just simple replacement which keeps everything steady and minimises upheaval.

End of another season
I believe the Daily Record. It's not like they would make up something to sell more papers now is it?

Or home and away form
The difference between Brewster and Christie as a manager? Brewster was always more counter attacking, conservative football I felt. Perfect for playing away from home but not so good for playing at home when teams would employ the same tactic against us and we couldn't break teams down. Now under Charlie we are more open as we try and play better football both home and away. As a result we now are better at breaking teams down in Inverness but leave ourselves more open away from home.

Lost Keys!
