If you had tried putting that rule into League 1 or 2 this season they would go mental. There was only about 12 points between 1st and 16th in one of those English Leagues - I forget which. It is still hugely unlikely to ever happen here but who knows?

I expect him to hop across the bridge to County or maybe end up at Livi with Robbo. A shame really especially after CC said he would review things at the end of the season but I guess any reports he was getting on him during his time down at Hamilton werren't favourable enough to warrant retaining him. We have better players coming through anyway.

Because I have as much originality as a brush I have stolen this topic from P & B. Simple really how many games this seaosn have you been able to take in? This is in no way meant to be a competition (honestly!) but it's something that takes me away from reading about facilitation for a bittie - plus I also know that about 4 or 5 folk will have been to way more games than me and fair play to them. I owuld go for a striker as well - can we have Brewster the striker maybe? Either that or maybe a midfielder who can create something for our front two - that would obviously be either Rankin or Adam.

I would have a Keogh and Black centre midfield over anything else that we could possibly have. I would also prefer to see Hart in ahead of Duncan as a back up - but that's just me personally. I feel that all 3 can do Duncans job and more myself but I still think Russell is a good player - just not our best in his position.

I think what is meant is that if, and it's a big if, the OF seriously under perform and at the time of the split there is only a minute number of points separating the team in 1st from the team in 7th and then after the split the team in first don't accumulate as many points as the team in 7th who would win? It's a hugely hypothetical scenario of course but there is that element of chance somewhere along the line I guess.

I like that idea but I thnk that could be something for next season - it would cetainly get a few more along to any games we play at Home anyway (friendly wise).

I can see your point but I think that ST holders already get pretty good value for money (ticket price per game anyway not entertainment!!!) over the course of a season. I'd rather see more folk along at this one than worry about getting some cash back.
