last time we won it we only dropped two points at home all season plus were good away from home. we just dont have that grit or whatever it is this time round. i think butcher will be gone one way or the other in january if we dont win our next two games

aye it was a good performance. a bit worrying that we couldnt kill the game off but we created many chances and rooney again showing why he's the best striker at the club. as others said, 1 .0 going on 5 or 6. good show all round.duff didnt put a foot wrong and slotted in well. imrie on the other hand was pretty dire when introduced. thought their sending off was a tad harsh but who cares.

i'm actually more positive now than after the first 6 or 7 games that we have the players needed to win the league, bar a decent centre half in jan. if, and its a big if at the minute, we can win our next 3 and have some results go for us for a change i think we'll be there or thereabouts come may time. crucial next few weeks though
