courier coverage was indeed good today. with regards to the record coverage, i dont really see how anyone can defend it. yes, we've had the title won for a while but to not even have a photo of the celebrations is **** poor.its not like the paper has a set number of pages they have to adhere to. at least now with spl football we should see the return of a more in depth match report etc in the p+j. it would've been interesting to see if aberdeens coverage in the p+j would've decreased had they been relegated , like ours did when we were.

i too would prefer a 16 or 18 team setup , playing twice. the reduction in games could be made up with a revamp of the cup competitions if desired and a winter break would be an option too, although i'm not a fan of that idea. i think attendances would improve with playing teams twice, even games v the old firm are not what they were for football fans because they are so frequent. with the way football works in this country i really dont hold out much hope that whatever changes are made will be sweeping enough though to save our game.

maybe we could have a tannoy announcement asking those offended by guys in all over black body suits, tricolours , bad grammar on football forums, pitch invasions, surprise entertainment and scenes of jubilation to please exit the stadium for the duration of the offending actions??

Unfortunately my arthritic knees are giving me jip and after going to the doctor in Lerwick I have been declared unfit for work so my missus is now looking for a ticket, can anyone help? :) ?? Tickets are still available from club shop but limited amount left in north stand Cheers mate, anywhere will do even if I have to give up my seat for her and go into the Dundee end! who said love is dead eh rev?

Thats the spirit, as long as its not your money eh? If you are on the pitch, you may get a caution from the Police, and you may be required to declare that on any job or further education application. The club may get a fine, but if they do, you can guarantee you will get one too. Personally I don't give two hee haws if people do go onto the pitch early, but you can bet your bottom dollar (you may need it if you do a premature pitch rush) that the stewards and Police are well aware of the possibility of people coming on early, and they will be very draconian with people who do. "But Celtic did it..." aye, off to Parkhead then. just to clarify for you , i wont be going on the pitch during the game or was i in ayr, but after the game on trophy presentation day is par for the course. cant see how thats gonna land me any sort of caution or fine but we'll see wont we. :)

what a load of pish. yes the invasions after the goals were wrong but how often have we seen it at caley stadium.celtic fans did the same in the scottish cup when miller robbed us at the end.anyway , even if the club cop a wee fine i'm sure it'll be the sweetest fine they've ever had. . nothing wrong with storming the pitch after the game on sat though and thats exactly what i'll be doing
