Bench for Dundee Game
You have been banging on about this for a few days now IHE, and whilst I agree its frustrating to only see 5 or 6 named to the bench, can I ask you which seven FIT or UN-INJURED players you would name to the bench ... or which 18 players you would name to the squad if thats easier .....

looking at the squad list .... Foran - injured (or unfit?) Doran - injured Warren - injured Draper - injured Ferguson -- not sure ? would have him on bench if fit Brill - injured Lopez - not sure ? would have him on bench if fit Mutombo - injured Sho-Silva - injured Roberts - injured the rest are all young lads who may or may not be registered (not sure how registration works for LC) WHO else would you have on the bench ?

Scotty's Wee Team
Wednesday night made up for the 9 years of shocking results and glimpses of what might be .... Toronto FC have qualified for the playoffs and could still win the eastern conference (with help from other results). Sebastian Giovinco, fresh off the plane from Italy at 4PM managed to make it to the ground and be on the team lines as a sub for the game that kicked off at 7PM (after pleading with the manager over texts while on the plane back to be listed on the team lines). Came on in 71 minutes and absolutely ripped the Red Bulls anew one with this candidate for goal of the season.

Thank you L_G
Will add my thumbs up to Laura in here too. Always helpful and accommodating and lightning fast at getting last minute tickets or merchandise out. One of the few ICT supporters to also have attended a TFC game as well !!!

What the top teams are worth
- Yogi's Contract
If an approach were made ICT would give permission ... no point doing otherwise as it would just foster discontent if the manager was refused permission and wanted to talk to them. Sounds like Tommy Wright is happy where he is and has no desire to talk to United so they will say no. IF JH has indicated to Kenny that he is also happy and not seeking a move elsewhere then I would hope ICT would also refuse as that would be a pretty clear statement of intent from the board and from the manager himself. Even if he did talk to them then its also not doom and gloom ... I dont think Yogi is a stupid man so would hope he can see the freedom he gets here to do and implement what he wants (within reason) compared to the situation he might find himself in if he went to Tayside (or to Fir Park).- Ross County -V- Inverness CT

interesting to hear the commentators on OAM mention the "grass isnt always greener" opinion and also mention the lack of success of managers who have left ICT.- Ross County -V- Inverness CT

Would not have mattered who was manager, RC would have ended up there anyway given his Dad's connection to them, his own fondness for them, and their history of snapping up any decent young players in Scotland only to have (most of) them sit on the bench for a few years before rekindling their careers elsewhere. Hughes' achievements at ICT are worthy of an extended contract, but as noted earlier in the thread, how do we know that's not on the table already? Just because its not on the internet doesn't mean it does not exist. He also sounds happy with his lot right now ... and the autonomy that he gets to do his own thing at ICT ... something that more than one manager who has left us for so-called greener pastures has found is not the case elsewhere. He would do well to look at what happened to Paterson, Robbo, Brewster, and Butcher when they left us. There is more to life than money (although it is nice) and a happy work environment where you can always be looking to achieve something more is almost certainly better than the various toxic cesspits with unrealistic expectations and deep rooted 'office politics' that our former managers have found themselves in ......- Dundee
