we are all paid up now ...... a couple of stragglers were hedging bets but it looks like everyone is sorted now within the deadline one way or another. Will shut down the ordering when I get home tonight so I can process the payment to DBJ. If you are listed above your details and your payments are all in order and DBJ will get your invoice number and name etc so he can let you on the bus ..... if you are not, you have a couple of hours to get your name down and payment made ..... Happy and safe travels to all of you heading out to Romania over the next couple of days. Here's hoping you will be using the travel forum next week to plan an invasion of Upton Park in the next round ! StuartICT. got your 3 earlier and 1 more just now. added to list.

everything added and up to date now based on payments received. If you see a discrepancy above then please contact me. There are a few invoices in the system showing "pending" which means the transfer has been added to the user's shopping cart but not actually paid. The payment facility will be removed at the end of today to allow time for me to transfer the cash to DBJ and for him to organise the logistics of payment on his end.

Won't be able to update my lists until I get home. If your name is in here and you have added or changed your booking/request it will get actioned. Got to Savannah and the charger for my surface tablet wouldn't work so having to rely on iPhone (4S) which is not conducive to managing this type of project. As it says at the top though. It will get updated when I get back.

Nothing special. He has a lot of caps for Canada and is solid enough but not a standout. Depending on your viewpoint you might call him a 'journeyman' or a 'workhorse'.

Its Vancouver !!! nuff said ! I was in our TFC supporters bar in Toronto for this one as the kickoff was about 30 minutes after the TFC game finished and the place went nuts when Canada scored.

Soooo many potential pitfalls here fan of another club does it to cause mayhem. I assume contract can be terminated? As pointed out, 'player' says something on social media and club is brought to task 'player' behaviour in public or at any other ground would the club be able to claim 'emergency' requirement for signings if they have 5 additional 'players' in the squad Will it be compliant with employment, sex discrimination, immigration or residency laws? for example are females allowed? this is ten foot barge pole stuff .... things that seem like a great idea after 10 pints that in the cold light of day should never have got beyond the brainstorming session !

Getting kit from Errea has always been a problem. We may be in the Premiership, and we may be the Scottish Cup winners and headed for Europe but in terms of sales and TV exposure we are still very much small fry to a company like them. There are others higher up the pecking order for this reason alone. Unless things have changed, the club dont have much clout and very little wiggle room ... There was even a time when we had to pay for everything up front but I dont know if that has changed now .... Also factor in that Errea (and vast swathes of Italy) shut down for August for the equivalent of what would have been the "trades" holiday and I would be surprised if we have more than a handful of shirts for the players by September. This is something that has always irked me but not sure what the club can really do about it.

is this 4 or just 2 added twice ? --- I am assuming two because that was what was paid. Also - I have received a couple of additional payments from people who already paid ... if you do that, please just make a comment in here to increase your total. it keeps me right when I am trying to consolidate all the numbers. Finally - the list is now split into paid and unpaid and is correct as of 5PM UK time on Monday July 6th. We have 215 of 298 fully paid. A further 23 users have requested 83 spots but not paid. Please remember that the deadline for payment is the 16th JULY 2015 (same day as the home game !). This will allow DBJ enough time to get the details for the transfer finalised and paid. ANYONE unpaid on the 17th July WILL be removed from the list.

can you add the event yourself (you should be able to in the create menu above, or in the calendar) ... It wont appear immediately but I will approve it and when I do this means you will have control over editing it and adding more details. I am going to be offline from 9th-14th July so would not be able to edit or co-ordinate.

you should be able to add an event in the calendar and have people RSVP so you know if its viable. the event will not appear automatically, it needs to be approved, but all members should have the ability to create one.

ok, got my excel list from home and in the next 10 minutes or so will have updated everything in here. if you are not on the list above then I dont have your name. if there are any changes etc please let me know. apologies for the blip. its taken all day to resolve but I think we got there (minus a few posts).
