dont think a separate section would work, as some people simply take great pleasure in being offensive sitting behind a computer screen. A subtle change would be to add members joining date underneath their post count. Wouldnt do a huge deal but it would make it easier to i.d. obvious wind up merchants. anonymity + an audience = idiocy I forget where thats lifted from but it rings true on this site. Sadly its what to be expected on most forums, it gives people the chance to say what they want knowing there will be no ramifications. The fans i know like myself who read the site but dont post regularly, dont tend to do so because of the polar views that are expressed without any thought (we lose = butcher out). I think these views have risen recently, perhaps as said due to the influx of younger posters. I think its a sad situation but if its becoming a chore to run the forum then maybe change is needed. I would suggest: No/limited posting rights for under 18's (make sure they can still read the forum) temporary bans (work like a dream on other sites) The ability for individuals to instantly block other users Good luck fellows hotcop

temporary bans, i.e. 1-5 days are also usually excellent detterents of scallywags

People are not given work emails so they can join bulletin boards. Many of us may use them, but probably shouldn't, and I fail to see why joining as a hotmail user immediately classes you as an undesirable. Why do you think retired people, unemployed people, school children, housewives, etc, etc, etc should be excluded? And why do you want to post explicit pictures? Aren't there enough p*rn sites out there already if that's what you want? calm down sir, i maybe, just maybe was kidding about the last part. I agree with your points about the elderly (housewives=un pc btw), but work/uni accounts are used as a method to keep out the youngsters on many forums (tbf mainly becasue of the naughty stuff that isnt realy/ever on here). It it would prevent the kiddies joining, which i interpret to be the main problem with the forum at the moment.

Queen's get stuffed by Morton. Thats how it'll be all season. The season we won it we see-sawed between fifth and top for many weeks of the season. Every season since, the first has been the same, barring last season where St J commanded. We are still in touch with the top and probably will be right to the end. Wins against Queen's and Kircaldy and we're back at the top. My mates a sainty's fan, remember making fun of him last season early on about their start, he didnt reckon they'd make top half, had a quick look at their scores... 1st game 2-0 win at home against livi 2nd game 2-2 draw away to morton 3rd game 3-0 DEFEAT at home to dunfermline 4th game 4-0 DEFEAT away to partick 5th game 3-2 DEFEAT at home to clyde 6th game 2-1 win away to county 7th game 2-2 draw away to queens thats only 8 points from their opening 7 games, including some stinking scores, and they ended up winning the league by 10 points, so maybe their isnt as much need to panic as everyone is suggesting. It is a tough league and maybe we need a bit more time to settle in. Just a theory, but if saint j's still went on to "command" the league after a worse start than us then perhaps there is some hope left. p.s. they then went on to win their next 6 games!

knida disagree with you guys so far, completley agree that he dived but to give him a 2 game ban and then no-one else one is stupid. They should of banned him and then studied every champ league game till the end of the season and banned every one of them. Also they gave him a 2 match ban which is 4 times the normal diving punishment (a yellow card) so all in all it was obvious knee-jerk reaction to the furore caused by the sfa. Funny that they remove the ban the day the group stages began, i wonder if they realised that rooney and ronaldo are both playing tonight and cant be bothered with the inevitable agro. That all said i reckon they do need to sort it out, think the 2 match ban would have worked if they give everyone else the same punishment, banning one man because of some media withc hunt was a stupid idea, got to be all or nothing

someone on ssn (charlie nicholas i think) said he thought elvis would be the one to go, something about fall outs between him and a few players. Nicholas did also say he thought that there should be big changes in the backroom staff, be interesting to see what happens...
