Brewster has done the same amount and still remains. But the Blackburn board states clearly what the clubs intentions are and that should be the same as every club INCLUDING ours

I would like to make the Paul Ince v. Craig Brewster argument... BOTH - Well respected players of their time with managers, players and fans alike all in agreement Brewster - 3 (2 and a half or whatever) seasons as a manager and still classed as inexperienced Ince - 1st time in charge as a manager and classed as inexperienced Brewster - Still considered to be learning his trade Ince - He was learning his trade Brewster - Left 1 club to go to another which showed where his heart really lay, and did not last long after a poor run of results and fired Ince - Fired from his 1st job after poor run of results Brewster - (Until last night had us second bottom) Ince - Was fired from club after leading club to second bottom Brewster - Has a board which seem scared to fire him Ince - had a board which fired him Now thats just some points, I could go on but from these alone I see some striking similarities and some differences. Some on here argue that Brewster is still 'learning his trade' but so was Ince and he was sacked anyway after a poor run! The board knew he wasn't up for the job and for the good of their club let him go. So why shouldn't Brewster go? He's been at 2 clubs, leaving Caley the 1st time around without doing anything really special, to go and screw up at United, only to come back here and screw us up! Why should he be allowed? Why is it 1 rule for other teams, and another for us? Ince was sacked because he wasn't the man for the job... Brewster isn't the man for the job either! He HAS HAD HIS CHANCE! TWICE! More than Ince is getting and I'm sure if a Blackburn fan came on here to see the state of what we're in and how they were in the same predicament then they would tell us to get rid of Brewster. It's like shooting a deer then just waiting for it to die rather than put it out of its misery. It isn't personal against Brewster, but it is a football team we all love and want to see do well, and while Brewster carries on then we won't see that.

I've e-mailed the supporters trust twice now, first with a very well put statement of my feelings about the club and brewster... the second after the st's game a full cap GET BREWSTER OUT e-mail. Hopefully might get a message across!

Back in inverness for christmas but doubt i'll go. Couldn't stand another loss especially to the hated Don's!

When I was only young it was the late 1980s and I was watching Highland League football like Caley v Rothes, Caley v Brora etc. so I suppose I can maybe appreciate where we are now more than fans of a younger generation than me. For an Inverness club to be even hovering around the bottom of the Premier League is pretty good considering our population. Just because you've been around longer than me, your say is more important is it? I'll have you know that I was a Caley fan to before the merger so you can shove your I can appreciate it more than the younger fans bullsh*t!

Haha I remember that very well... got lost from my party, and I was only young then, got taken to the police section of the stadium so they could make an announcement then was picked up by one of the people from the bus... only to walk up the steps and the ref to call it off right there and then Good days! As for 'Caley', I can understand your belief in our team and thinking that we will not go down, but I won't be one of those who keep the 'we will wait to see at the end of the season' thinking. Of course we aren't Man.U etc. but everyone wants the team to do well and hovering from the bottom of the league is not wanted!

I e-mailed the supporters trust last night, I said everything that I felt without holding back and received a reply from David Sutherland saying that the message will be passed on. Hopefully it will get noticed as I am very angry at the way things are going at the club.

I have just e-mailed the supporters trust through the above e-mail address, I don't now if thats the proper means to get in contact but its an e-mail address associated to the club and close to the board and I will send an e-mail to any other contacts that might let my feelings be known to the club! I implore you to do the same! Let your feelings be known! Do whatever you can! This forum is a tool for us to share points/views/opinions but to have any real affect we have to broaden communication with the club (by whatever means even if there is a lack of ways due to their unbeleiveably insulting ignorance towards the fans)! For a man to retire after his testimonial year, approaching the age of 37 - Ide say is a pretty reasonable thing to do. Obviously if he's not getting the chance to start, maybe it's because he's not performing well in training, or such things. He isn't retiring, look at any of the other posts here and the actual topic and notice he isn't being offered a contract. And that he is gutted about that! He NEVER got a chance to prove himself...
