ICT Feeder Club
Dougal has got a few points in that post though. It must pissss a lot of people off that our best players are offloaded now every season to the darkside. But they have an Uncle Roy and we don't. I still feel that a lot of these deals are his revenge for the years when the shoe was on the other foot.

Dundee approach for Robertson rejected
Exfeckinactly. If Robbo wants to stay let him make the decision. Don't pisssh him off. I would rather have any deal done and dusted now so that we can get a decent replacement, not a caretaker, in asap - Hopefully that will not be needed.

What we need in transfer market to improve.
Got a text from a mate in Preston who states that one of his mates - James Craigen - is considering an offer from ICT - strangely also reported to have been encouraged by Gary Warren. I have googled and noted that he has just left the Pars - is this another potential midfielder for next season ?

Post-Season Summary/Rant(?)
Sometimes enjoys winding up the over serious and over positive ?

Joe Chalmers
But I could have told you Vincent, This world was never meant for one as beautiful as you

Out of contract this summer?
As Adolf Hitler once said to me, standing on a table in the Blackpool Bierkeller - "Johndo, Mein Freund (or was it Freud?) - He alone who owns the youth, gains the future".

Joe Chalmers
Fox going evidently requires a capable replacement. If OFW gets the nod I will be in attendance in the Darkside Away End simply to give him feckin belters.

David Carson Signs For ICT
A ready made replacement for Joe Chalmers - It makes more sense now.

Ryan Esson Testimonial
Any truth in the rumour that John Hartson is signing for us ?

Joe Chalmers
I know that I referred to him as "The sweet left foot" and I think that he did have BUT he went missing for some games and parts of others. I still feel that he is more suited to be an attacking left sided midfielder. As a holding midfielder he was average and I feel that Trafford surpassed him in that role as the season progressed. I am actually surprised that Tinkerville have chosen him. I would classify him as a good Championship player but I doubt his ability to shine in the Premiership. If he was going anywhere else than over the bridge then I would wish him luck. I hope his luxury residential caravan home leaks.

Dundee Utd -V- Inverness CT (playoff leg 2)
We played WELL for 90 minutes at Tannadice ? - We should have won the game ? We should have been 2 or 3-0 up before the penalty ? Does that not relate to "choking" ?We should have at least drawn at home ? We had more chances of scoring and getting back into the game at Hampden after going behind ? I thought that we could actually come back at Hampden.

Post-Season Summary/Rant(?)
Of course we are contemporaries - and you are a feckin Jeggie - and never experienced the joys of the Howden End. How old are you ? - I am 62 and I can still bounce with the feckin best - The so called "Young Team" are misunderstood as well. In a Singing Section at home they would be in with the "old boys" - away from home we can ALL have a go from a distance. If you want bother then you know where and where not to get it after a game.

Dundee Utd -V- Inverness CT (playoff leg 2)
Feckin excellent response. Well thought out and delivered. Much better than the antagonistic, juvenile shittt delivered by the rose coloured crew. But to me we frustrated. We had the opportunity to win rather than draw a number of games - not against teams with bigger budgets but against teams, especially at home, that we should have beaten. Hope we have an anorak but I would like to know how we fared against the top half in comparison with the bottom half ?

Relegation
Actually a pretty good Yngwie post. Cant travel back in time but shows that we were unlucky to end up in our present predicament.

Am I wrong in thinking that the main shittt stirring culprits nowadays are shittt stirring, rose coloured spectacled, know it alls - trying to pissss off the more outspoken, albeit understandable members of the forum who have a more negative "view" of proceedings. Perhaps "vultures" of another kind ?? Bet I know who doesn't give me a "greenie" for this post. ?

Post-Season Summary/Rant(?)
Perhaps I am really an olde git but to me the "terrace" should always be the Home End. Tell me if I am wrong but our Away support is often NOT the group that attend our home games. Many are Central Belters or from Englandshire. But why don't the "singing" home supporters NOT get North Stand season tickets - make a Singing Section down the middle and "make some noise fer the Caley Thistle Boys" ??

What we need in transfer market to improve.
Chalmers is off - Coll is staying put with an increased contract - I thought that Trafford was our most improved performer of late.

Austin to Kelty Hearts?!
Perhaps Kelty Hearts sing sectarian Rangers songs ?

What we need in transfer market to improve.
Perhaps or maybe or should we read too much into Donaldsons recent twitter post ? - "Been a pleasure working with all these boys this season! Disappointing way to end but we certainly have a lot of positives to look back on! See yous next season" - And Trafford posted "Devastating way to end the season. What a group of boys to play along side. Proud of all everyone at @ICTFC Regroup and come back stronger next year."

Player of the Year - Dundee United (Second Leg)

Post-Season Summary/Rant(?)

- Dundee Utd -V- Inverness CT (playoff leg 2)
Well I sat in a motorway queue for four feckin hours, made me hit the Forth Road Bridge at rush hour and got to Dungdee 45 minutes before the kick off. Feckin stone cold sober !! Up until that ridiculous penalty decision we were the better team, playing some nice football and looking the team to score by a country mile. But our lack of power and flair up front and the age old inability to take chances let us down again. We really should have been 2 or 3 up and there were scoreable chances for Walsh, White and Doran. The penalty, it's conversion and the timing appeared to simply break our hearts. But we put so much into that first half that it would have been a miracle if we had maintained that level after the second. Only a sniff of a comeback would have possibly riled us up. But the Arabs went for the throat from the start of the second half, pressed higher up the pitch and the second was the beginning of the end. It could well have been 5 or 6 in the end and we never looked like scoring. You would have to say that everybody gave their all but I thiught that some showed their flaws. There weren't many who didn't look absolutely flecked 10-15 minutes before the end. Again that is the cruelty of our play off system. i will leave the Smileymometer alone but Ridgers did nothing wrong, Rooney ran and ran and did well before being flecked. McCart was superb and my MOM. Should Coll have been playing when clearly 50 to 60% fit - I would say not. McHattie was caught out for the second goal and struggled defensively. Our midfield ran their socks off but we went for the long, high ball [often diagonal] too often and did not utilise the width and especially Walsh snuffed. Doran played like he did against Hearts and did not come up with the goods. White had littl support but did not hold things up enuff and lost too much in the air. Not sure either where Brad McKay was playing but it did look like he was employed to provide cover for the ailing Coll which was a waste of a player. May sound critical but we played well until half time and missing chances killed us again. Some of the officials decisions, other than the penalty, were shocking and there were some ridiculous offsides called. BUT what an away support and not a bad home one either. Glad I was there to the seasons death. Bring on the anguish of 2019-20. Caleytillidie
