  1. You are welcome - and the only representatives in drab raincoats who would consider taking a closer look would be the feckin Infirm. :001:
  2. Gretna's loaning out and letting go, pre-window, has been close to either dramatic or downright stoopid. Either they have just resolved themselves to the drop and are tightening up the budget fer next season or they have a few big rabbits to pull out of the hat in January. As far as today goes that is good news fer us. We just simply have to come roaring out of the traps today - another early goal and we could be in fer a shedful. But I fer one would not be surprised if Gretna regroup and are a formidable force in the SFL gain next season. That may also give them a chance to barter again about the size of Raydale.
  3. Judging from his performances this year Barry has only got a good 60 minutes in the tank these days. The resurrection of Rankin and the re-installation of a 4-2-3-1 system has clearly gone against him too. It is quite clear that Rankin, Black, Duncan and Cowie are the No 1 midfield formation. Bazza could still be a very effective substitute as he is one player who just seems to be able to get into a game vey quickly when coming on.
  4. Believe it or not that was one of my first prophecies - just after the Aquifer one.
  5. What a pity Bayne wasnt Romanian - I think that the dynamic duo could win the European Championships.
  6. The only problem I have with Rosscoe is that he can't track back, leaving Phil and Grant exposed. What a feckin great idea - lets sign the Mitchell brothers fer central defence. Has anybody ever stopped to consider that our problem may be tactical in essence - especially in regard to the last 20-30 minutes. I am still amazed that we get so many substitutions wrong and we rarely change our formation to the good. Agree with u2us2
  7. All feckin councils spend some of their money on crap every so often - as CD says the world would be a poorer place without a degree of wanton frivolity - given some of the Health problems in the Highlands I would put it into Health Promotion, Walk in clinics and research - or experienced, renowned practitioners. :001:
  8. That has been close to my impression on many away days this season.
  9. Over the hump at home SP but still carrying a hump away from home. :003:
  10. Being serious - why are we persisting with Marius away from home ?
  11. I bet it will be feckin Niculae. :rotflmao: :rotflmao:
  12. I feel that he would be a big miss - particularly in regard to his form of late. But he likes being in central midfield and has never played as well when stuck out wide. He cannot compare with Blackie and could only play in his best position in a 5 man midfield. Hopefully if he does go he tells the press what exactly is going on behind the scenes.
  13. We are having one **** of a season for writing off our players. :024: I just cant help but feel that the expectation levels have soared but I would again state that there have definitely been signs of unease and less of the team spirit. Rosscoe certainly comes into that category he has been more gungho than usual - but he always appears to make it back or recover albeit in a clumsy fashion. Most of our players have gone through bad patches this season.
  14. I was thinking that maself. Brown was / is terrible at penalties.
  15. Oh and for Tomintool to GTF. :001:
  16. I will never forget beating Falkirk 4-2. :023:
  17. Chocolate covered is apt as they were always the skid marks of Inverness, :003:
