  1. Fer fecks sake - If we got him from Cowdenbeath we would be raving feckin mad.
  2. Do these kind of threads belong on the Main Forum ? Personally I am fed up reading about the feckin stewards. :014:
  3. There are undoubtedly legal and contract issue involved from both sides. Rush it and you just end up in more of a feckin mess. Dot all the i's and cross all the t's and nothing can come back to haunt you. Take as long as you like but get it right - for both the club and Richie. If richie goes it may require financial considerations - if he stays the contract could be a lengthy document with a lot of stipulations and boundaries.
  4. I am going to the Family fun day followed by a Coke in the Supporters Club - I am a reformed character. :023:
  5. Note that Proctor played at right back - thougth that he was being groomed fer the central defending slot. Have to say that we looked extremely dodgy at the back at St Midden - not one formation has looked that solid this season - it is becoming a big big problem - and shifting it about aint helping either. Roll on the transfer window. The central four at midden looked as good as I have seen all season - Cowie,Duncan,Black and Rankin would always be my four starters. I wouldnt play Marius away from home and would go fer Brew,Wyness and Bayne in that order.
  6. I can seriously remember the bowl.
  7. Given previous mental state assessments that I have carried out I would suggets that Maimie may be referring to Electro-convulsive therapy. :023:
  8. I think that we should start with the defence.
  9. I am reliably informed that he has been advised not to consider the post by the Romanian Media. :001:
  10. I started off this thread and as far as I am concerned all my criticism has been rationalised / backed up and is constructive. I really dont care how much he is getting paid. I am simply getting more and more annoyed/frustrated that we are sacrificing a lot awaiting Marius to take off. I have always extolled his undoubted technical ability and his "assists" - I am really not that bothered about his lack of goals - I am commenting on his lack of pace and mobility and I seriously question whether he can make it as a striker in the hustle and bustle of the SPL ( he is a typical Eastern European ) and I suspect that his previous injuries are affecting him. IMHO that has been evident from the onset. And judging from this thread more and more people are beginning to agree with me. I would still love to end up eating humble pie becos all I care about is the club - but I really doubt that I will be tucking in.
  11. Hysteria Hits Canada. :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :rotflmao:
  12. I am reliably informed that he was heavily disguised.
  13. Fer fecks sake M4TJ - I agree. :rotflmao: But I think Proctor is higher up the Brew pecking list than Caff.
  14. Anyone want a spare adult ticket fer ?11.00 ?
  15. :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :rotflmao: I agree with your team fer Gretna. :001: And long live hysteria. :023:
  16. Player Manager at Ross County - he may feel more at home there. :023: And then no feckin Romanian Media could stop me. :rotflmao: :rotflmao:
  17. Sorry to be critical but that was one of the few headers that he won in the air - the cross ball to McBain (in yards of space) was crisp but I would expect any professional to play that ball - it was the simple and obvious one. (Most of his passing and lay-offs ares likewise - borne out of experience - an example to Black and co.) The goal game from a great Hastings cross and a great run from Wyness. Marius should have been working his erse off to get in amongst the six yard bix - was he? If Marius worked the line like Wyness - or looked to pass AND move like Brewster - or showed the pace to lie on the last defender and get in behind - then we have got a real player. I doubt if that transformation will ever happen. He looks more and more like a faded attacking midfielder. A Barry Wilson without pace. I have never doubted his technical ability but perhaps he is just not suited to the Scottish game. It is really beginning to worry me that we are perservering week in week out waiting for the transformation to happen and we are heading into a relegation battle if it goes pear shaped. Such is the level of hysterical support and expectation that Marius could score a couple of flukey goals against Gretna and would be hailed as a Legend. :029:
  18. I would agree that he was a better midfielder but he simply is not what he was. MARIUS NICULAE has vowed to bag the goals that shoot Inverness Caley into the top six and keep his Euro 2008 dream alive. While Scotland's hopes of reaching the Finals are hanging in the balance Romania qualified at a canter. A2-0 away win against Luxembourg coupled with Bulgaria's draw in Albania ended the country's eight-year exile from a major tournament. And Niculae hopes an injury-free and scoring run in the SPL with the Highlanders can help him back into manager Victor Piturca's plans. The frontman said: "I have two objectives this season - the first is to score enough goals to get Inverness into the top six. "After that my aim is to get back into the national team. I want to be called back up because I've not played for more than a year.
  19. Same fare again - some great lay -offs - some good passes - a couple of silky twists/turns - but no pace; no penetrating movement; little running off the ball; NO GOALS - hooked AGAIN. If I was playing with him I would be sorely cheesed off. How much longer do we have to feckin suffer.
  20. Brew has always said that he was a central defender. Guess that he will now get his place against Gretna.
  21. All those changes - we are really feckin panicking !! It is getting to a sad stage where we are all begging to differ - that tells a story in itself.
  22. The defence needs sorting out but that was feckin obvious well before the start of the season. We needed to get in an experienced replacement and we feckin didnt. But we are too reliant on our midfielders to defend and support the attackers - that must be a nightmare for them. Marius didnt stop chasing all day - give me a feckin break. :rotflmao:
  23. Tokely's own goal was absolutely atrocious. McGuire had it covered and Rosscoe wildly rushed in. He was a bit gungo again today. He was superb going forward but then got caught out of position. The Dons sussed that one out early doors. That first half hour was akin to the Huns game - only Duncan and Black were passable. Setanta were taking the **** out of Zibi. Wyness has nobody up front to play off. His movement was excellent today but Niculae should be doing that as well. They were there fer the taking without Severin and Mackie and we blew it. The confidence is still low. Hastings got in the cross fer the goal but I would have preferred Roy at left back with all that space. Are you getting on to my wavelength Manny - Brewster must be being "forced" to play Niculae. Why are we setting our system around him. Some great touches and first time passes - when given time - but they were all backwards or sidewards. One Cruyffesque turn but Diamond got back within two yards. No pace, no movement, no penetration - he did feck all where it was needed. And judging by his statements in the Mail he is feckin deluded. :018:
  24. :015: :015: :015: Aye. If I can get the world on mine then he could get the feckin solar system.
