  1. ?I sat down with the director of football Graham Bennett and had a good conversation with him. I think people were reading between the lines and realised that there had been periods throughout the 18 months where I wasn?t totally comfortable with the situation. Very diplomatic. And does the text not suggest that he moved over for Brewster !!
  2. Sorry Eliza - I forgot to follow the rules: Rory McAllister is a waste of space and should be booted out. Mike Fraser is not up to scratch and should be dropped now. Richie Hart is an absolute disgrace and should never wear the jersey again. There - that is more acceptable. :001: But Eliza - read my posts - are they not a mix of criticism and hope - concentrating on the positives and the negatives - blaming the selection and the system as much as the player ? I have seen Marius play in five games this season - I base my comments on watching him. Of course his positioning and touch are good but a good striker passes and moves. Perhaps once he is fit we may see the real deal. But he isnt training is he ?
  3. Does that mean that it is a Romanian day of rest or is he just a lazy .......... ........... !! :023:
  4. Wait a goddam feckin minute - Eureka. If Marius gets paid ?4000 a week then he played three games last week - lets give him a grand a game and a grand fer training. But he only played 2/3rd of the Killie game - so we could deduct ?333.33 from that wage - and then we could give it to Richie Hart to pay his fine. :023: Heard Marius is not training at the moment ? Whats the craic ?
  5. Good post SP - but I am afraid that the venerable Caley hasnt got the intelligence or the patience to take it all in. There is no need fer personal remarks and savagery. Stick to the subject If ya get ma drift. :023:
  6. Yip - I will always remember the adrenaline rush as I lay face down with ma erse in the air in a tattoo parlour in Hong Kongs red light district praying that I had spelt it correctly and the Chinaman could write English. Although it was even more invigorating when I got back to the bar and the Aboyne Tyrefitter ripped the melolin off and smacked ma erse. :crazy07:
  7. Lets be feckin colourful and add a wee bit of black to this and - hey presto.
  8. What the feck is the point of a feckin alternative to an illicit drug. Decaff - Despeed - Decoke - Dehash - Deacid. :crazy07: :crazy07: The world has gone feckin ga-ga.
  9. 7th of March 1885 - I remember it well - it was a dark, dark day as I recall.
  10. Well - my reading of that is that Mr Savage is suggesting , as have I, that Marius may never be 100% fit given the catalogue of injuries he has sustained in the past. The Scottish way of playing may be too fast and competitive for his liking - I suppose that is a cultural issue. If he isnt 100% fit now what the feck was he when he was started against Motherwell and Midden ?? - Decisions like that, as I have said, cost us points. How feckin long do you give a professional footballer to get fit ? :rolleyes02: I would say that Sophia is very close to Mr Savage - talks the same boring corporate defensive crap anyway. :024:
  11. Feck me - we are on page 3 - maybe Marius is beginning to make the grade - he will soon be on the same level as Rory, Richie and Mike. :023: And how the feck is he being hounded out !! For once people are saying what they actually think - its a feckin forum - people are backing up their comments. :029: There is evidently still a split decision - only time will tell. I fer one have concentrated mainly on my impressions and I have conceded that he may be a better player at home than away and that I feel that he is improving and has a lot of positives - I still dont think he should start away from home. Or is that a savage hounding - are Eastern Europeans a protected species. And I would finally suggest that if Marius reads this then he is professional enuff to take it in or ignore it - he has probably been here at other clubs before - he can let his performances on the pitch speak for him and the only way that he would lose confidence is by not playing up to his own standard and not by quotes on a forum. However younger players such as Rory and Fraser may well not have the maturity and professionalism to do so - and many of the comments were short and derisory - some have been slapped on the wrist for daring to criticise Marius.
  12. Or perhaps it is all the maladjusted psychopathic cnuts like us who have been there and got the t-shirt and the rest of them are squeaky feckin clean - although I bet Sophia has a few skeletons. :001:
  13. As he is a Highlander and ICT through and through I would expect a deluge of abuse in regard to this appointment. :023:
  14. What a savage attack on a player by Sophia. If my interpretation is correct she may be suggesting that his groin injury was caused by the fact that all his other veins had collapsed and that was the only place to inject. Still some of us can speak our own minds and others cant. :018: Anyway with ma professional head on : There simply is too much heresay to go one way or another - I wholly doubt that he was a "junkie" or a "druggie" as that indicates habitual long term use to the degree of dependence - he could never have carried that off. It could suggest that he is a "recreational" drug user and taking cocaine out of season could be understood. It could be that he was simply caught out in the atmosphere of a festival and knowing that he would not be tested for some time joined his pals in a line or two. To me it is the latter or the middle and not the last. His crime is being stupid - and of course many of the feckin hypocrits on this thread have never done drugs or got pished or did something out of character - sneaked a spliff, grafitti, streaked ? Leave the poor **** alone. He has been done - he has been fined - he has been suspended - is that not enuff ? He may never recover from this but who cares eh !! Give him community service - give him a chance to redeem himself - give him the chance to be an example to others - in adversity. If he ever pulls an ICT shirt on again - and I hope he feckin does - he will have to deal with his past, the taunts of the away fans and the doubting gazes of many of his own fans. And yet again - in the aftermath of pages of abuse against Rory and Fraser follows Hart - all Highlanders and ICT through and through - and yet some are deemed above reproach. FECKIN SHAME ON YOU ALL - GOOD LUCK RICHIE HART. :clapping03: :clapping03: :clapping03:
  15. My erse. :001: I have actually got a tattoo around my foreskin - I got it done in Wales whilst stopping at a famous railway station and thought it would be the ideal souvenir to have the name etched forever.
  16. Not heard about antbody specififc sniffing but if he carries on playing the way that he is it is only a matter of time. :029:
  17. I am pleased to announce that news of this thread has travelled far and wide and we have a feckin sponsor.
  18. Lets stop slagging people off and use a bit of imagery to help us make those difficult decisions: SCENARIO: YOU ARE COLONEL SANDERS AND YOU ARE PRESENTED WITH FIVE PIECES OF CHICKEN ON A SILVER SALVER - YOU ARE ABLE TO PURCHASE A 2 PIECE MEAL - WHICH DO YOU CHOOSE TO PUT IN THE BOX? CHICKEN NO. 1 - A wily old rooster, still able to crow and strut with the best but not a spring chicken anymore. Osteoporosis is beginning to set in but this turkey can survive Xmas. CHICKEN NO. 2 - A cockerel bred in Eastern Europe of apparent fuller pedigree than number 1 but also not a spring chicken. Capable of a strut but bone structure being questioned. He is getting most of the feed at the moment but isnt producing the eggs. CHICKEN NO. 3 - A local favourite. Some days a rooster, some days an old hen. Type of chicken that can live off the scraps and probably the only chicken in the ryun who knows where the netting is. Will always be top of the pecking order in that respect. CHICKEN nO. 4 - The type of chicken that can run all day for the cause but can appear headless at times. Reliable and rough and ready. CHICKEN NO 5 - The chick of the breed. Trampled in the rush for the feed of late. Needs fattening up but a longer run will help to show if he has the legs for the flight. So WHO would you put in your bucket - And please no fowl language. I will concentrate on the wings next week. :001:
  19. Tell me your source of the contract statement and I will tell you where to find a good optician - or do you classify tortoises as fast ?
  20. It is his movement which needs to be improved. He has to pass and move. Simple as that - as I have been saying since day one - I really do think that he is hampered by previous injury and it is clearly not just down to match fitness. I think that he would be a far better player at home, except against the OF, when we are going forward and attacking - his touches then would reap rewards. I am also worried that in the previous games we were looking to him all the time. On Saturday he was clearly down the pecking order fer taking dead ball situations - he was always passed the ball to his feet with his back to the goals and never given a ball over the top. He lost nearly everything in the air and we look primarily to Munro or Tokely fer corners and throw ins.
  21. I am reliably informed that represenatives of Orion and/or ICT are meeting up with Hagi (and ? Popescu) at some Charity football game in Holland next week - but from what I have heard the negative Niculae effect may influence further deals.
  22. Totally agree. It should all be constructive criticism with evidence to back it up. But it should also be tempered with a degree of positivity.
