No argument with that m'lud. But everybody is putting the slant on Mr A being an actual individual. I was being genuinely hypothetical - this really has nowt to do with last Saturday in particular. It is evident that there still isnt a clear understanding. Perhaps an official response is required and to the question raised without all the potential variances. The fact is that the club as ticketing authority are entitled to dictate that a person remains in the area for which they have a ticket whether the ticket specifically states that on the face of it or not. But what if a "swop" occurs as in the original scenario?

Basically you are talking a load of feckin crap Clacher. How many posts have I made since Saturday! :018: I made this post DIRECTLY onto Anything Goes and made it hypothetical. I have discussed the situation directly with the club and the Trust, apologised, said my piece and that is private - put to bed. Anybody wants to ask me about it I will let them know - but will probably tell most - like you - to mind their own feckin business. I was and still am genuinely confused as nobody has given me an answer - I have been given several different answers - perhaps Lg has now - but even that confuses me. I am not trying to gain support - I have plenty of that - plus slaggers which is fair enuff given my behaviour was infantile. I have said all of that before. So if you want to be of help - tell me what the feckin answer is ? Oh and having a clear answer will prevent dificulties in the future and decisions are not one rule for one and one rule for another. I am being really thick I fink but there is a lot of talk about being able to move around the ground at the moment. So what happens with these imaginary scenarios?? Mr A is in possesion of a Main Stand season ticket. Mr A asks to move to and sit in a free North Stand seat. Mr A is offered a genuine North Stand ticket from Mr B whilst seated in the Main Stand. Mr A shows ticket to stewards and requests to move to the allocated seat in the Main Stand.

We always seem to do well at Rugby Park. Will undoubtedly be more of the same again in regard to the playing side. We could even catch up the Great Dundee United before too long. :001:

There wasnt actually a premeditated "hidden agenda" - I was caught up in mind games and I over reacted and lost. :rolleyes02: Hopefully the incident will help to settle down the stewarding of the section and we can all get back to watching the stuff that is being produced on the pitch - well some of us anyway. I have apologised to the club but complained about being "targetted". And in response to a diatribe far more savage than I ever meted out to Marius from the spinster Sophia. The Pied Piper got rid of the rats AND gained his revenge. Brew was disliked cos of playing himself first and foremost and playing the team to his strengths as well and then his sudden departure to the Arabs - which like JR to the Jam Tarts I could understand but not the manner in which it was done and the way he turned back to us fer players. But - to me - Brew was always the man for the job - way back in April when it was first put to him. :001:

I would have to agree that I am a silly old fool and I should have had more sense. I reacted to being wound up. I came in through the Main Stand and made my way to the North Stand - only to be sent back to the Main Stand. The steward involved told me that he had been asked to make life as awkward as possible for me. I sat in the Main Stand and the lad who was sitting with me told me that he had paid in at the North Stand. He gave me his North Stand ticket and I made my way to the North Stand. I was stopped and asked to return to the Main Stand. I then made the mistake of refusing and asked to speak to the police. They advised me to go back to the Main Stand and I said I would rather leave the ground. They then arrested me for being drunk in the stadium. I was hancuffed and put in the cells - but I was released two hours later. The old fool has learned his lesson - the hard way as ever - and my ego is shattered. I feel ashamed and disgraced but I am also very angry at Mike Smith becos it is clear to me that I was targetted from the word go.
