-
Dods
IF he does go how about a 'Can't play against us clause in the deal' :004:

Tactics for the Dandy Dons
I got shot down in flames for suggesting a change of formation last season :004: As everyone pointed out to be me then - we play 4-4-2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rankin or Morgan?
You'd leave out Tokely?
-
Rankin or Morgan?
Don't see it myself but thats the beauty of football everyone has there own opinion :003:

Rankin or Morgan?
OK maybe I was bit harsh with the laughing smiley but McBain is well down the pecking order for the left midfield slot. He plays better in central midfield where he is even further down the list

Morgan needs to get fitter

Has Pinxten not gone back to Holland?

Dods
You playing devils advocate again Johnboy? :016: I don't think anyone wants to see an exodus of our players to United or any club but the Dods situation has now changed. He says he doesn't want to extend his contract which means he isn't 100% commited to the club, in my view. I'm sure he could still be professional for the rest of the season and do a decent job but the question is should we cash in whilst United are desperate for players? Could be a convenient get out for the club as the player would get the brunt of the supporters flak

Dods
We won't give him away. We'll make him see out his contract if we don't get a decent offer
-
Rankin or Morgan?
McBain :015: No thanks

Dods
Cash in now!! IF its a decent offer

It'll be 4-4-2 :006:

Rankin or Morgan?
All looks good on paper except you can be sure we will line up 4-4-2 on Saturday

Rankin or Morgan?
Rankin is a central midfielder and so was playing out of position on Saturday. I thought he did OK though but he did drift into the middle on occasion which is probably natural. He certainly made our goal with a great sliding tackle and excellent cross. Midfield is a bit of a quandry all round. No idea what the perfect combination is. No one stands out as an automatic choice for the left midfield berth and on the right, with the greatest respect to Wilson I'm not sure he is a 90 minute player anymore. I think Duncan gets far more critiscism than he deserves and he usually does a steady hard working job. Rankin & Black may well be too similar to play together. Maybe a renewed United bid will solve that problem though :006: Glad I don't have to pick the team

Worst performance yesterday
I'd been doing my best to forget about that Falkirk result :006: Personally I think going out of the Scottish Cup to PT was a worse result than that. Saturday was painful though as the 3 points would have been handy considering what our next 4 fixtures are. Could be a VERY tricky August
