Who's Contract Would You Renew
He hasn't done anything to justify one. He hasn't been given the opportunity, although promised one. If he was playing consistently for us either as a starter or a regular of the bench then i think he would impressive. He was always a great wee player for the reserves and in the few opportunies he was given under Charlie Christie he did make an impact in the games he played. Vigurs is the same. Both could be key players if they were used regularly.

The Final Countdown
We just need to do to Killie what we've done all season to them....win! I'm also hoping Falkirk do to St Mirren what they did to us at Falkirk stadium a month ago.

Muversmell Smileys
Just drop McBain full stop. He's too slow to play left wing and he lacks the bite for tackles at left back. Both him and Proctor should drop out for Pavels and another striker. Preferrably Rooney. Would say Lionel should probably be shifted out of the team as well but both Hastings and Byrne are injured.

Working Out The Various What'ifs
Much agreed. If Butcher had come in a month earlier i think we would be safe and he may have had time to sign more players of Foran/Kerr standard. Although in saying that Brew was responsible for bringing in Morais and Mihadjuks. 2 players who have contributed alot to the cause (Unlike the rest of his signings). We can debate what if's all we like but the fact is the task is simple come Saturday. We need to win to stay up and hope the Bairns can do a favour.

Brewster Offered Assistant Managers Job
Ross Jack was the previous asst manager but he was fired. Brewster is a true joke now if he gets that job. My bet is their first 3 signings will be Andy Barrowman, Lionel Djebi-Zadi and Phil McGuire.

Would Staying Up Be A Greater Achievemnt
Given where we were in January and how poor we were playing then i would say survival is an achievment in itself. But not compare it to winning Division 1, that was much better.

Matchday Thread: Motherwell -v- I.c.t.
Heres hoping the Kilmarnock game is like every other Kilmarnock game this season...3 points for ICT.

Matchday Thread: Motherwell -v- I.c.t.
Flip sake. Well at least it's a point further away from the bottom but we just never be able to defend John Sutton.

Which Inverness Player Will Score ..
Lionel Djebi-Zadi with aid of a big deflection.

What's Happened To Pavels?
I'd say shift Tokely back and recall Pavels. Proctor was rather lousy on Sunday and i really don't think he merits much of a place in the team at the moment.

Caption Competition
I actually laughed, if that is meant in the way i am thinking about it... that has got to be the winner. If its not, well, i dont understand What do you think i'am referring too?

The boys know to be here...it's just Lionel who's showed up so far.

Hypothetical Manager's Dilemma
We played Dods against Dundee Utd after he signed a pre-contract with them but thats cause he was required. Didn't want Fraser recalled, regardless of scenario. Esson is the better keeper out of the 2. More agile, better ball distribution and more experienced....has also saved 2 out of 3 penalty's conceded in games he has played this season.

Quote Of The Season
Lionel has his moments but Hastings wasn't much better leading up to Butcher coming in. I grant he looked rather unsettled yesterday but he did have some good moments as well.
-
Dougie Imrie
His strike from McBains cut back yesterday was a bit of a boo-boo and when he cut inside and hit the side netting, he really should have cut it back. Left midfield is probably his best role but even then he can underperform.

Signings For Next Season
How on earth are we going to able to sign him we signed for Plymouth Argyle for ?250,000 6 months ago Another player but he may be too much out of our range but i notice Darren Purse has just been released by Cardiff, thoughts? He was pritty much out of the picture in the Plymouth side last season so he could be a possible signing and given we lack any real threat down the left i'd say he'd be worth a move, even on loan.

Today's Games
Good start to the footballing weekend for us then. Lets hope we follow it up with a win tomorrow.

Today's Games
Don't care who goes down now as long as it ain't us. Although i did think it would be St Mirren at the start of the season....i just hope Motherwell aren't like this when we play them during the week.

Black For Scotland
Black hasn't formally signed anything to do with a contract with Hearts, he is not able to as he is still under contract with ICT. What he has done is said that he will sign a contract for Hearts when his current contract runs out with ICT. However, the pre-contract agreement is not actually legally binding, and he could re-sign for ICT if he wanted to. "Ian Black today SIGNED a pre-contract agreement to join Heart of Midlothian Football Club at the end of this season." Headline from the official site of Hearts at the time and he could have signed for whoever he wanted when he only has less than 6 months remaining on his ICT deal.

Black For Scotland
We are kind of forgetting that Black has agreed and formally signed a contract to play for another club next season. He has made it quite clear that he remains fully committed to the cause of keeping us up but at the same time said he remained committed to Hearts for next season and i respect him for that. He could have gone in January easily. Regardless of where we are next season he has made up his mind. If Butcher had come in a month earlier when he should have then may'be things would have been different for not just Black but Cowie as well but things are the way they are and we just have to accept it. If Butcher manages to convince him to stay then i think he should be given the freedom of Inverness but i think we have to be realistic here. Blackie will be living a sort of dream. Playing for his boyhood team, earning a wage he deserves and playing Europe. He will earn alot more at Tynecastle no doubt about it.

New Goalkeeper
Ludovic Roy will be a free agent in the summer. He would be half decent cover provided he stays fit.
