When i went to see him play against Berwick he had an incredibly lazy touch..but still managed 2 goals, one of them being a smashing penalty....if he was on the pitch against County he would have taken the spot-kick....and scored.

The amount of trialists we have had the last few months

Whats annoying is the players we have taken on trial most recently even stretching back to last summer have not been signed. Christie took 6 trialist last year and signed none. :tic01: Brewsters taken 4 so far and signed 1.........Lionel Djebi zadi :rolleyes02: -
According to BBC he's been left out of Hearts Germany tour squad.....but that other clubs are intrested in him. Personally i don't think he is worth all this fuss.

I was very impressed with Esson today(apart from his kicking). And Phil McGuire at times looked pritty good. Yet another goal for Barrowman and McAllister and Cowies was a peach. Overall i reasonably good game.

From what i know he spent last season on loan at a host of Lower english league clubs. and he is a Republic of Ireland international for U 21s

As i recall Dargo wasn't exactly the fastest. Zander and Dougie are reasonably quick.

I think he would be rubbish for us. * He's always injured * He played in centre midfield last season for the pars * He hasn't been in double figures for goals in a league for 4 years.

Toronto are signing alot of British or British based players. It seems to have done good for them though cos i beleive there well respected within the MLS.

How have they started making the signings theyve made? I hope there not spending money on wages that they dont have. Dare i say it though i feel they are doing better than us in the transfer market.

Would rather see a player that is actually well thought of and being chased by other clubs...like Snodgrass or Donaldson. This guy has a poor touch, is tempremental and aint scored nearly enough.

Totally agree Ali. it's whatever diabolical back four Brewster puts out that causes our lack of cleen sheets. Why does he insist on using Proctor and Hastings at Centre-Half, there useless there. :024:

Galatasaray were the unamed Turkish team that had a bid turned down....so i've heard. Would'nt mind seeing him in England as QPR and Watford have all shown intrest.

In my view McBain is one of the reasons we havent done well in some games. There are some games he's played thats he's been good i admit that. But when were on the counter or on a break and you pass the ball to McBain he slows the whole game down. Would much rather sign Evans and release McBain but obviously im not going to get my way.

Wouldnt have minded him seeing as Barry was looking done after half an hour...but he did look shaky last night. But its more defence and attack that need work. :tic01:

He was trying hard against County and showed real intent to try to win the ball. I think he was worth the contract. :003:

Evans was showing terrific intent last night. It was a hard game to play in as many of the players had just played a day ago. Zadi will come into his own i think. What worries me is Brew thinks Hastings and Proctor are good centre backs......but there not. Set pieces and offside trap need a bit of work too.

I think the fact some had played a game just a day ago may have had influence. What was Brew on letting Richie Hart go though. :029: He was immense tonight

We were quoted in the P&J saying we were after him and now he is a free agent having been released by Livingston. Fit the bill for a new striker? He showed real promise before in the SPL.
