Yogi was a defender in his time, and look at what he got out of Stokes. With Brew being a former striker he could make him even better. I would love to get Stokes up here, even just for a year. :clapping03:

He hasnt exactly said no. Mowbray i suppose has the final say in this one. I can still see him coming because he isnt going to get a look in at their team with the strikers they have. Would be great to at least get a year out of him whether he plays as a winger or striker.

Sack Rory McAllister!!! Pick players that are good and not that i 'am friends with and look out more for decent free agents on the market. Could may'be do with our own training facilities as well. He was on loan at Shrewsbury for the last few games of the season and Malky Thomson claimed to be at a Shrewsbury game during in the Chester tapping up inquiry. Could well be going in for him if he's up for free.

This is rubbish. We signed McNulty last summer after he came on trial from Ireland. He played in the NoS cup final in November. He is a goalkeeper( and he got lobbed by another goalie from 80 yards in that game). He is 19 and has just been promoted from the Youth Academy. Don't know where this defender stuff has come from :024:

He got pushed of the ball far too easily and his clearences were light weight. He is a central midfielder pure an simple. Zadi will offer us something different at the back, and some much required height, and he will be a bit more burly compared to McGuire and Proctor. I never want to see McBain at left back again.

He is a free agent now. He could start scoring goals against Aberdeen if we signed him.

I read his proflie on Wycombes website. He is like a god there, and the interesting thing is his contract expires 1st July and Brew said he hoped to have an English based player in by the end of the week.

Noticed that he is without a club after leaving Preston. He impressed me when Dundee Utd were here in August. Good competition for Mikey? No speculation, just thought who would be a decent signing.

Rory McAllister technically had a better season than Dargo, he scored 2 goals (one while at Peterhead)....while Dargo only managed 1 all season, now thats just pathetic.

If there struggling for ?200,000 for Willo Flood were are they going to get up to a million for Niculae? :024:

If were trying to freshen up the team i hardly think bringing Dargo back is a sensible soloution. Juanjo maybe as he has unfinished buisness. But Dargo never looked happy in his last season here. If he can only manage a goal past the crumbling heap that is, i mean was Gretna then he isnt going to cope with the league next year.....and he's 30, we need younger players.

Dont want Steven Watt back, cant have been good enough if Brew kept him away and now Swansea have got shot off him. Zadi would be o right but not the best, but he is tall and has strength which is something our defence lacked last year, i wont mention any names though, coff McGuire coff. :016: Need a target man now though wi Bayney going. :sillywave:
