Hearts field ineligible player against Cove
The only thing missing from the decision is awarding the deducted points to Cove, IMO. Mistakes happen and I don't think this was of such magnitude to warrant killing off their chances in the group stages. Only thing that is of concern is that every case such as this that comes up seems to be dealt with differently, and that inconsistency will ultimately lead to claims of favourable treatment...or otherwise.

Jake Mulraney
I'm a little unnerved by the number of times I find myself agreeing with you lately ?
-
Jake Mulraney
Yeah because we treated him with the utmost respect by trying to force him out in January and then placed his value as being on a par with a player loaned out to the lower leagues last season with an ongoing medical/injury issue. Then there was the respect we showed David Raven, Gary Warren, Owain Fon Williams etc. Not sure we're in much of a position to complain when it comes to the subject of anyone showing us respect!!

What would you like to see at Caley Thistle?
That rental income has been written off/set against other things*....and they have continued to invest in the club (by far the largest investor in the past 2 years, even)....so it's not accurate to suggest they have had any finacial benefit. Tullochs even went to the extent of donating all their shares to the football trust (not Supporters Trust). *It's only just over a year since they wrote off £300k in rent arrears as a good will gesture to coincide with the stadium gift...which the current board are yet to accept, despite telling us it's "close to happening" for the best part of a year! Not to say they didn't make mistakes, they most certainly did! But they have, and continue to, prove that it was 100% with the clubs best interests in mind.

Tullochs take/get nothing from any car park rentals.

More than reservations given that he's not long since had hip surgery. Still can't believe we signed someone with a long term, recurring injury on a 3 year deal....and used Jake Mulraney as a bargaining chip to allow us to do so!

Was it not in Betfred? If not, my mistake.

Jake Mulraney bagged his first competitive goal for Hearts yesterday. Think I may have said already that I think letting him go will prove to be a big mistake...for us!

@Scotty and I might have a little project in the pipeline that could cater for this. Will check with him when he gets back from holiday.

I think I'm right in saying that both pre-merger clubs suffered a loss of official records due to fire (not at the same time)?

Caley Jags Together : Last Update : 09/07/18
We are very close to launching our revamped new membership and renewal process/system, so if you are happy to wait a couple of weeks then this will allow you to sign-up online, in person at a home match or via a postal form. We can send you a form right now, but you would still have to go through the renewal process as we will be using that as our baseline and introduction for everyone to the new member setup. If you want a for now, then message me privately and I will arrange to get one to you.

When it comes to swearing (and many other things) I'm a great believer in educating the next generation in it's proper, appropriate use and not hiding it from them...and them from it. So long as it's not excessive and/or used in an abusive manner, what's the harm?

Another birthday...did you not have one last year as well? Hope it was a good one. Going by the list at https://caleythistleonline.com/staff/ there's 10 moderators....many of whom never seem to lift a finger. There's people on that list who haven't posted in months (even years). I know it can be a thankless task and there's rarely any thanks for trying to keep things in some semblance of order, but if people aren't willing to do the work, then they should hand back the badge and/or be moved along.

I know that you already know that...but if you would like me to tell people, then ok. In terms of relevance to ICTFC, she is the very capable head of the club accounts department.

Ross is a great guy with a lot of time for the club. Like Liam Dalgarno, he's the kind of guy who you could fully expect to find yourself standing next to at a game and comes with a lot of business clout. The "Community Charity Board" as referred to above is a registered company, ICT Community Development, which holds charitable status and they have been on the go since 2004. They raise and invest 10's of thousands of pounds every year which are invested into the ICTFC Community Department...among other things. Current board members are Charlie Christie, Evelyn Brown, Kenneth Cameron and (James) Ross Morrison. Donald Park, Grassa and Danny Macdonald were also among the original directors.

How about the Admin/Mods read the site rules and start applying them? It's like watchin a parent who tells a child over and over to be good or there will be consequences....but there's never actually any action/consequences. As always, Scotty will have to come in and sort shit out because Mods don't want to get their hands dirty. The forum is suffering big time because of it.
