  1. Yup, they are on what's called a "Development Loan" which means they get experience and can still play in Dev League matches. Expect to see us making more use of this in future.
  2. It's not really being pedantic. As things stand, the SPFL (League) don't really have a firm set of rules for dealing with issues such as this and for league matches it falls outwith the responsibilities of the SFA. For Scottish Cup matches it's very different as it alls entirely to the SFA to deal with any such issues and they do have a firm set of rules in place for it. To what lengths they will go in terms of issuing sanctions is anyone's guess.....however, IMO, with them looking to bring sanctions against Celtic for events at the Stranraer game, then the SFA will feel (rightly or wrongly) that they also have to take action against others....even though the issues elsewhere are a fraction of what they are among that set of supporters.
  3. Except it's not the league who have cited the club, it's the SFA as they deal with these matters when it's the Scottish Cup.
  4. If you're talking in terms of immediate catchment area for comparative purposes with other clubs, then a figure in the region of 50k to 55k would be about right.

    Pies

From what I can gather, it's a Hastie & Dyce pie that the OP is complaining about as that's their van next to the North Stand.
  6. The stewards were there to ensure crowd safety. If the club are to take a "lenient" approach to rules on standing, then they also need to ensure they cover their butt and can react in proper fashion should anything happen as a result of that. As far as I can ascertain, they simply kept an eye on things and didn't interfere unduly with those having fun in any way as they were given no need to do so. All in all, a good job all round by fans and stewards alike.
  7. I concur. Is this a new group or ones who have moved down from further up in Section E?

    Pies

Strange how some people's views in regards the quality of the product on the pitch run in direct correlation to their views on the quality of the pies. Wonder if there' a psychological or scientific connection?
  9. Young teens protesting against "Modern Football" does rather amuse me. What experience/knowledge do they have of any other kind?
  10. Bottom line is this.....whether you agree with the law or not, if you break it then you run the risk of a police record, fine, fbo etc. Your actions also place the club at risk of sanctions from the SFA, Police and Local Authorities. The upper end of the scale for fines from the SFA alone is £100,000....and Local Authorities can remove safety certificates (closing stands and/or stadiums). Obviously that's the extreme end of the scale....but even a much lesser fine would hit us heavily. The club don't set the law, but they do have a duty to ensure they play their part in maintaining it....so if you think the law sucks, take it up with the law makers.
  11. One of my enduring memories of going to the football as a young child was dodging the streams of urine...and making sure you weren't being urinated on. What a joyous atmosphere that created, shame you don't see it these days. Pesky authorities spoil all the fun.
  12. Correct, but that 10% cannot be diluted any further as it is now set as a firm figure in the company articles.
  13. Caley Jags Together (trading name of ICTFC Supporters Society Limited, aka The Supporters Trust) have a non-dilutable 10% voting right attached to the 157 (from memory) shares previously held by the Members Club. They also have 10,000 shares purchased in their own right, the shares that transferred over from the Supporters Club (forget the number) and a few hundred which were recently donated which might just add a fraction of a % to the 10%.
  14. As you seem to live in cloud cuckoo land, you're better placed to go ask him than the rest of us.
  15. Wouldn't really fit with the "theory" that Celtic are desperate to get Rangers back into the top flight!!
  16. Following further discussion with Stirling Albion this afternoon, it has been agreed that U16 Entry for the replay will be FREE.
  17. Yogi said last week that he thought Lopez was one of the most technically gifted players at the club, but that it just wasn't working out for him here so we were allowing him to move on.
  18. No....Stirling Albion fans will be housed in (I think) Lower F in the Main Stand, so the South Stand will be closed. North Stand will be open.
  19. Tickets go on sale tomorrow.... Adults : £15 Concession : £10 U16's : FREE Concessions = 16 to 25 & Senior Citizens
  20. No need for any clause either. SPFL rules state...... During the term of a temporary transfer the Player concerned shall not Play against the transferor Club in a: (i) League Match; (ii) Play-Off Match; (iii) League Cup Match; (iv) match in the Challenge Cup; or (v) match in the Scottish Cup.
  21. To be even fairer to the beeb.....they don't produce those stats. They all come from OPTA these days which is why when they screw up it shows wrong on most news sites.
  22. Think you may have the wrong player!!
  23. As Yogi told the press today....Swindon hold an option to extend his deal, which prevents ICTFC from offering him a pre-contract (at this point).
  24. Not seen him turnip recently.
  25. Stirling Albion have said that Away fans are welcome in the Supporters Bar for this game.
