He did well in his first spell because he was most of the time player and manager. For some reason he couldn't get the respect and co-operation of the players unless he was on the field with them. It was more or less the same story at Dundee Utd.

Once again the police have recommended the match be cancelled because of what they see as a risk to public safety. Between 2pm and 5pm on Saturday there will probably be greater crowds heading to and from Tesco Retail Park in quite dangerous conditions, both for cars and pedestrians. And as if conditions weren't dangerous enough, many of these cars are likely to be driven by women. :021: Shouldn't the police be recommending the closure of all retail parks on Saturday afternoons?

I'd be quite happy to see a Scotland strike force of Miller and Boyd up front, supported by Macfadden, either from wide right or left, or even behind the front two.... On their day, all three of these guys could give a lot of defences a very hard time.

I do believe that (highlighted) is the main criteria for deciding whether a game gets the go-ahead or not. It's a complete nonsense if you ask me.
