  1. Oh dear, our own bubble needed to be re-inflated yesterday after we wobbled to victory. Great win for County though after their derby drubbing and Dundee at last win a game. Queens, Pars and Partick seem to be out of it, so it's Us, Dee and County left. All those with squeaky bums sign below please.

I see we are persisting with Golly taking every throw in on the left side, much to the annoyance of Foran and one or two others. It was from another hopeless throw in that we conceded the foul which let Raith back in the game when we should have been cruising. There is a problem area with these throw ins, as we seem incapable of winning the ball from them, surely something to work on at the training ground. Why make it more difficult for ourselves than it already is and it justs unsettles the fans, well this one anyway.
  3. What worries me a tad is his persistence on putting the wrong player in the wrong place at the wrong time. It hindered our chances of staying in the SPL and if he continues tinkering with the wrong guys then the promotion will be just as difficult to achieve. Otherwise he has done a fantastic job.

    It's Helen the sweety steward.
  5. Aye Davie, when I heard the roar I couldnae get ma spaver up quick enough and sprinted out the door like a lunatic, waving my scarf above my head with one hand and pulling ma zip with the other, just about got everything tucked away when I hugged bronson in the corner.............well, I had to wipe my hands somewhere, sorry Brosno bud.
  6. The reverse of course is how many defeats would lose the title.

Dani for me as well, although Eric is a fantastic option when he is used correctly. No use asking him to win balls in midfield or flick on headers, but get him to run at defenders and drop the shoulder then he is good. Dani is skillful, of that there is no doubt. The fans seem to be split on his inclusion, but in certain games we are crying out for someone to put their foot on the ball and spray the passes, Danni is yer man. I thought he would have replaced Stratford today as he was least effective.
  8. I felt sorry for Stratford, it's not his fault being thrown to the lions, like Eric at Dingwall. Butcher should make better judgements on his squad players. Whats wrong with Roy ffs.
  9. Maybe not a believer, but probably just a moderator. Oh, by the way, I have believed for a long long time. When we played Dundee at Dens in the first 2-2 game I said then that at least we now know that Dundee are no better than us, as we more than matched them on their own patch.

woohoooo, I'll have a guiness to celebrate with you.
  11. Yes, if you are called mahonio.
  12. Spot on Blue, that's the attitude. We know we are good, we are top of the league but it's a different type of pressure, so lets see how we cope with it, although we seemed to manage fine in midweek as we were newly crowned league champs in the process by then.............and a 3-0 stuffing of the unwashed just added to the intensity....................but you are correct, caution is the best tactic.
  13. This has been a long time coming and is groundbreaking stuff as far as ICT are concerned. Well done to those concerned and those that started the ball rolling.............whatever happened to the happy announcer. Now we can see if the match reports are correct or not..................

It was hardly a scarcely deserved draw against Ayr, it just took a while coming. We pounded them after conceding sloppy goals, caught up then almost threw it away. If other clubs are caught cheating then it's not our fault. I have seen footage of the County incident which suggests to me that the ref was correct, harsh, but correct, regardless of what County fans will tell you. Last man tackle, definitely, the next gudgie was four yards behind, and that is on a video I have seen with my own eyes. Same ref...........so what, someone has to do it.
  15. wait.......just wait.
  16. It's not just the fifteen or so points that we have clawed back..............you can also add the other four points that we are ahead at this moment. Thats almost a 20 point swing over the pre-season favourites. Will it last, who knows, but it's good while it's lasting. Thank you Terence.

I have to say birdog thats a pretty good one. I woke up this morning and thought I had it cracked. I will post a new topic about the red card being rescinded and County getting all three points and us being deducted three points. Sussed it all out as I crossed the bridge, sorted. When I got to work you had beaten me to it by the time my PC fired up. Spotted it straight away, but if You were half asleep, it may well have twisted the melon man.

But what he has had to do, he has completed his tasks with applomb.
  19. Could have been worse, we could have thrown away a 15 point lead.
