Disappointed in Butcher?.
I'll get back to you on this one, I think it has a bit of mileage.

SHOCKING!
Shocking is an understatement. We were atrocious in the first half, no probably worse than that. Who told Stratford that he was a footballer. Sanchez was hiding, Lionel, one superb block apart was pitiful although the mass booing of him was uncalled for. Absolutely woeful first half and Terry must shoulder the blame for that. We had no width and no bite and might as well have stayed in the Innnes.

DalneighCaley Have you ever heard that you do not put a space before the comma, so what have you got against the punctuation mark that you require to put a space before it?

ICT v Albion Rovers : Match Thread
It came after he neatly fed Rooney through only for the keeper to block the shot, it came to him fairly sharply and he first timed it well over the bar from 18yds. Foran would probably have knocked it home but it was maybe too soon for Sutherland.

ICT v Albion Rovers : Match Thread
Get yer glasses on Don, Rossco tripped the guy as he cut across him. Rooney couldnae tackle a fish supper. A bit lethargic from us in the second half. I alwawys wondered who was voting for Stratford.

ICT v Albion Rovers : Match Thread
I would be tempted to say Rossco was dire tonight. Lots of mislaced passes, booked for a spiteful trip, his third misdemeanour, and almost torn a new one by the young Rovers winger. Stratford seems to pass me bye. I just don't see him ball winning and creating much, Cox on the other hand is superb and we will have difficulty holding on to him.

ICT v Albion Rovers : Match Thread
Good first half from us after a slow start Bully and Rossco rightly booked, Hayes is a pocket rocket and Foran was good without scoring. Albion Rovers deserved a goal, their No11 was tricky and they kept going right to the end as we dried up. Eagle scored the pick of the goals and had a decent game. Second half petered out but all credit to a plucky Rovers for keeping the score down and having a go. Plus points to Cox Grant Eagle Foran and..........the rest were just average, with Rossco being surprisingly off colour and Stratford doing, well, doing just nothing.

Prices for CIS game v Albion Rovers
You are right...............it's scandalous. It's only two pounds cheaper than the North Stand for 1st Div games.

John Is the Scottish game really so far behind in terms of quality, as Hearts were clearly outclassed by what looked like a technically superior side.

Dundee -V- ICT : Matchday Thread
Lot of criticism aimed at Eagle on here. I thought he did ok. He is not as direct as Johnny but tends to hold the ball well and is prepared to go backward to go forward and he can deliver a decent cross. The one guy that does not improve the quality of the squad for me is Stratford, or am I missing something. Russel or Roy would be a better option and even Proc pushed forward when Rossco comes back. Imrie should be useful in this division when he recovers and we still have Eric and Barrowman..............things to look forward to, and the knowledge that Dundee are not better than us. We could easily have taken all three points but the home sides late flurry meant a draw was fair in an immensely enjoyable spectacle. Esson also earned his corn with some good blocks and Grant once again stood firm. Great day out, cheers to Uncle Albert, Big Stu and the Snug bar.

Is your keyboard broken as well? As mentioned on the other thread, Rossco was playing and his Samba skills masterclass were a joy to behold. For me, only Johny Hayes was better on the park, sharp and incisive, skinning the defender every time he got the ball. Eagle also played his part although not so eye catching. Foran will know he should have scored a Barrowman. Shinnie was always willing to get forward and should have a bright future. Rooney had three decent attempts, two on target, as did every man and his dog. All in, a good evenings entertainment, better than watching the TV game which had no relevance for me.
