  1. Good point LG, people can whinge all they want, but hard fact and evidence will be required to put an end to it. No use saying that will not put a stop to it, lets weed them out one by one and we will eventually be clean.
  2. Enough has been said about it already, as some people had the benefit of tv views. We did not show the desire we showed against Celtic. Black was tremendous. Proctor is better than McGuire. Hastings and Roy left their respective opponents too much space. Marius did too little. Marcus never got a chance. Cowie beavered away, but that is not enough sometimes. Mike Fraser was solid, another good display from him. Grantie coped well with Cousin, but Darcheville was a handful for the defenders and Novo's pace caused more problems, something we lack up front. Duncan was frustrating, doing the hard bit then passing the ball aimlessly. This game was crying out for Bazza to replace Roy, alas they took off the wrong man.
  3. Ach we lost, no disgrace in that. I thought we were fairly mince for most of the game and best we deserved was a draw, still tough to take at the death. Rossco looked up, tried to place it and mishit it badly...........nuff said. We did not create enough good opportunities, couple of half chances............game over.
  4. I have to say I believe your 17 years of inexperience is showing. He was no stand out, as Black was for me MoM by a mile and three quarters, but he did what he had to, as did Proctor and Grantie. The big mystery is who is Roy paying, because he contributed absolutely nothing.

  20. Hey shuffle, did you miss tin can's sarcasm :029:
  21. Kencar, re singing section..... The 'singing' section is being used as the match is heading for a sell out. People were being sold these seats when I was buying an extra ticket earlier this week. 'Singing ' section is a misnomer though. It is simply being sold as THE WEST STAND, and the club are expecting a sell out crowd, not surprising considering our recent run of form at home and Rangers sitting top of the league.
  22. Absolutely, I have a huge memory, I store it all in my belly. :010:
  23. Hibs it is then, here is the Beebs take on it from http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/t..._ct/7171461.stm Hibernian have signed Inverness Caledonian Thistle midfielder midfielder John Rankin for ?110,000. The former Manchester United player held personal talks with the Easter Road club and has agreed a three and a half year deal after passing a medical. Both St Mirren and Falkirk had bids rejected for the player and Hibs were twice thwarted. Rankin is the first signing brought to the club by Hibernian's new manager Mixu Paatelainen. The 24-year-old Rankin had been told that he could find a new club but has recently won himself a regular starting place with the SPL outfit. And Inverness indicated that they are looking for more than the ?65,000 they paid Ross County for the left-sided player in the summer of 2006. A move to Easter Road would see Rankin, who still has a year-and-a-half on his contract, reunited with Donald Park, the new assistant manager at Hibs. Park left the same role at Caley Thistle in November, citing family reasons. And Paatelainen moved for Park last week when he took over the manager's job at the Edinburgh club. St Mirren are believed to have approached Inverness with a ?40,000 bid for Rankin, but that was dismissed along with a slightly improved offer. Rankin began his career at Manchester United but moved to Ross County in 2003, having failed to break through at Old Trafford. He has netted three goals in 18 appearances this season but was not included in the squad for the Scottish Cup defeat by Hibs on Saturday.
