  2. Allegedly when he went to Sidney the locals did not want him there and they did their uttmost to get rid of him, hence the short term in charge. Not sure what the background is to that, maybe Gabby can enlighten us.
  3. Hold on a minute, whats all this about. Barry was shown in the squad on the BBC site before the game was called off. All of a sudden he is not worty of a testimonial. Strewth.
  4. If you guys really believe that then yer living in the past I'm afraid. These would have been good memories, but thats all it would ever be, memories. ICT is the way forward now, like it or not. I never supported either of the merger teams, my preference was for Clach, but I am glad that there is a team representing Inverness in the SPL.

I've had the same jeans on for four days now I'm gonna go to a disco in the middle of the town Everybody's dressing up I'm dressing down You have a face for the radio, But I know you'd like to see it in a show, Claiming to be the next best everything, Which way will you go?
  12. From Wikipedie The UK folk-rock scene had known about Gray for some time before his breakthrough into the pop mainstream in 2000, but after a few marginally successful releases through the 1990s, Gray's breakthrough came with the worldwide release of his fourth album, White Ladder, in 1998. This was a critical and commercial success and included his best-known songs: "This Year's Love", "Babylon" and "Please Forgive Me". In August 2000, "Babylon" hit #5 in the UK singles chart; it remains his biggest UK hit to date. In the United States, the album received a boost from jam-band leader Dave Matthews, who made it the first release by ATO Records, the record company he co-founded. "Babylon" was also the first of three US chart entries for Gray to date. In Ireland, White Ladder remains the biggest-selling album ever.[1]

  15. pretty easy to get to Marty, check out the google map. Turn off the motorway and head in to Motherwell, turn right at junction with lights and travel about a mile, ground is on your right. google map Take M74, leave at junction 6 turn right onto Airbles Road through a couple of roundabouts ground on your right, usually somewhere to park nearbyish Enjoy a beer in the Club Pub outside the ground.
  16. Did I catch MFR correctly. I thought they said we have secured Cleland as youth coach from Livi. That may help if Dorrans wants familiar faces at his next club. from Wikipedia Cleland started his career with Scottish Premier Division club Dundee United, for whom he made 159 appearances, lifting the Scottish Cup in 1994. He was snapped up by Rangers on a free transfer in 1995 and established himself in the right-back slot at Ibrox. After over 100 appearances for the Glasgow club, he joined English FA Premiership side Everton along with manager Walter Smith in 1998; however, his time in England was blighted with constant injury problems, and he only made 44 appearances before retiring in 2002.
  17. Utter nonsense, if he was not playing for us we would be a few points worse off.
  18. Wells pitch is like a desert at this time of the year, and it has been overused this season due to Gretna playing home games there. Would be no surprise if this game fails to beat the weather. Basically there is a game being played at Fir Park each week, the grass (sand) has no time to recover and it is not the best surface at the best of times.
  19. "must have taken some patience to write that!" got you now :029: detective indeed.
