  1. why don't we all sing 'you're not gypsies anymore' with our fingers crossed
  2. I think too many of our players had their boots on the wrong feet today. Far too many misplaced passes and all to often we reverted to either just punting the ball forward or trying to find the impossible killer ball. Disappointing day, I thought we were doing alright until we went a goal behind and at half time I was still fairly confident of getting back into the game but we just completely capitulated in the second half.
  3. As someone who was thrown out and charged by the police before a ball was kicked at Celtic Park a few weeks back for having a half finished bottle of iced tea in my pocket I wish someone had searched me on the way in...
  4. Took him a whole 2 seconds to start greeting in his BBC interviw. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA, get it right up him.

Billy's been excellent since coming in against Dundee and long may it continue. Keep on runnin' Bill. Altogether now... Hes got two more lungs than you, hes got two more lungs than you na na na na na na na na Hes got two more lungs than you, hes got two more lungs than you na na na na na na na na etc.
  6. Its much more stressful but ultimately fantastic.
  7. Sounds like we've missed a few good chances in the past ten minutes or so.
  8. Did you not get an option to dispose of the dangerous liquid and remain in the ground? Nope, my options were to be removed by the stewards or walk out. I chose for the later option.
  9. An absolutely fantastic result which I wasn't allowed to be part of because I was ejected from the stadium before a ball was kicked for conpletely unwittingly bringing a bottle of iced tea into the ground walking past numerous stewards who surely if doing their job correctly would have taken the bottle off of me.. Anyway I was told it was my lucky day and that I could have been arrested and held in custody to face court on Monday morning. At this stage I still do not know if I was charged or not as I was in complete shock when the police were speaking to me but I guess the moral of the story is if you're going to see ICT don't take icy tea. Still can't believe the whole situation to be honest but at least the boys on the park made my day better
  10. I'll be making the long trip from St George's Cross. Can't wait.
  11. I think after seeing all 3 SPL sides get beaten by lower league sides last night I think it makes sense to put out our strongest side.
  12. We must have the most pessimistic fans in football. Give the lad and the partnership a chance before writing them both off.
  13. Good find Mahonio, well ahead of any of the press. For those of you who aren't twatters he said 'Going on loan to Inverness Caledonian Thistle until January wish me luck. It's a great place' also going down through his tweets hes been up here for at least a week.. or at least he was up here a wek ago Welcome aboard Philip.

Yesterday we were poor. And by 'we' I mean the players, too many stray passes and too affraid to get really stuck in, the management, in my opinion the wrong team was sent out, Meekings and Morrison should have started in my book and the fans, I know its difficult to support a team playing as poorly as we did yesterday but surely we would be better off be trying to encourage not abuse our management and players. Anyway, the game has gone and Raven is just one of many pieces of the ICT jigsaw that didn't fit yesterday. Bring on the Arbroath and the rest of the season. BELIEVE.

Watched all the videos earlier. Good to see the club doing something more innovative.
  16. Why is a player who was on trial with us two years ago still being discussed? We start the new season tomorrow with a new team and we are still dwelling on one player who appeared for us a couple of times as a trialist two seasons ago?? Baffles me. No one here will ever know the reasons why Gary never signed for us. There seems to be this sense of injustice that because he is from Thurso that he should have signed for us, just because he is a lad from the Highlands does not mean he is duty bound to want to live and work up here. LETS ALL BE 'CALEY JAGS TOGETHER' AND LOOK FORWARD TO WHAT THE FUTURE BRINGS AND NOT BACK TO WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN. BRING ON THE NEW SEASON!!
  17. Anyone who thinks our u19s should be able to roll over a Highland League side needs to go and watch Highland League football.
  18. I THINK I spotted some tiddly sized shirts from l in the shop when collecting my tickets on Saturday, definitely worth contacting them if you haven't already done so.
  19. I've just been right through this thread for the first time, some nice ideas and I am glad to see the club has already acted and started putting together some packages for the fans to help out. I am very interested in the shares idea. I'd love to see the club be super innovative and carry out a scheme similar to Brewdog's equity for punks (http://www.brewdog.com/equityforpunks). I'm going to put my businessman thinking cap on and see what ideas I can come up with.
  20. Oh and Kenny has signed for AEK Larnaca in Cyprus, all the best to him too. http://www.cyprusfoo...-new-left-back/ http://www.aek.com.cy/link.php?id=1725
  21. After completing a trial David Proctor has signed for FC Edmonton. I wish him all the best on his Canadian adventure. Here are some links. http://the11.ca/2012/07/18/proctor-signs-contract-as-fc-edmonton-prepares-for-atlanta-trip/ http://www.fcedmonton.com/content/roster/David/Proctor

Its hard to judge when he had so little to do. He and the rest of the defence dealt well enough with what they had to. I think a few hard sessions at Fort George will give Terry a better idea about whether he deserves a contract.

No problem. We completely dominated a game (the possession must've been about 70-30) against quite poor opposition who are in the midst of a rebuilding process and never really looked as if they were going to cause us any problems. It is hard to say who played well when they never really had anything to do. However, I would probably give the man of the match award to Andy Shinnie.
