Players For Next Season
Is Patti not meant to be a pacy wide midfielder? is Imrie not meant to be a pacy wide midfilder? need some defensive midfilders as well you know. Our defence dont seem to coping very well at the moment.

Jimmy Calderwodd
Aye... sun(bed)stroke.

Players For Next Season
He has been able to pass the ball more than 5 yards. Unfortunately it may not necessarily be to one of his own team mates :tic01: Give him an extra ?100 a week and a free Specsavers account, he could be the new Edgar Davids.

BBC Highlights
Just caught the highlights on the BBC site, Is it me or is the defence all to feck again? Mcguires return coincides with us being all over the place again. The first goal looked offside...but Granty steps out and Mcguire stay put???? The second, its Imrie chasing back that plays the Hibs player onside for the return pass, feckin disorganised. Get Mcguire out and Proc back in, or give Watt a chance.

Who's happy?
Ehh... you ... Psycho killer?

Hibernian -V- ICT : matchday thread
Just confirms my belief in the lack of quality... why have Imrie there when we have Barry Wilson doing feck all.

Hibernian -V- ICT : matchday thread

craig brewster
He needs to stop feckin about with the team formation... he needs the players on his side. He also needs to get some quality in there...its only workers at the moment, the commentators said on the radio that ICT didnt have the guile in the last third to break down Hibs. Says a lot really... Marius surrounded by unequals.

Who's happy?
I aint happy, just back from the Heathmount after watching Scotland getting humped again.... not a good day. Electric shock treatment for ICT prior to kick off for fecks sake....what a bunch of erses.

Baz Leaving ICT
I probably confirms the wee rumour that Brew does not get on with Barry... He ( Barry) does not even get to help out coaching the reserve games much anymore, he still is a dangerous player to have in your side. pity really in this swansong season.

Can I borrow a couple of quid.....?
If you really think you had 450 in the south stand then i would seriously question the education system in Dundee..... Errr i will anyway.. 150 paying customers were let in.. maybe you had a few kids hiding under coats, and a few jumped the gate, but no where near it donut.

Marius check
But the person was not Rory, and it DOES bring out vociferous outpourings of criticisim from contributors. As i see him, he's not a match winner 'Roy of the Rovers' fictional hero, he needs other players to make his game, and he aint getting that support at this present time. The midfield is being chopped and changed every match.. no wonder he is looking pissed off.

Marius check
Which one of the players are you talking about? they all had a disastrous last outing, if its the Dee utd game you refer to, the tactics were shyte not the Marius one... open your blinkered eyes.

Media Coverage of ICT
But surely some local hack or radio reporter can maybe ask an awkward question once in a while, all we ever get is the usual ' what did you think of the game Craig'? Think at times they (ict) need to put on the spot.

Marius check
Thank feck.. Thought for a sec it was HMS Sneck high and dry at sunset!

Gretna's replacement

Marius check
Marius has is flashes proved he can play well and score, he has won us three games, and contributed to a few more. The forwards we have and the style of play lately are the problem, most of our goals are from midfielders/defenders, Denzil is becoming a liability as he has once again lost his confidence, which is his only attribute as pace and aerial power are absent from his game. Bayne will get a normal 6 or 7 goals through effort instead of skill. To me Brew is going into the realms of boring route1 football with effort and fitness to try and make up with the lack of skill he puts out, we have a skillfull and sometimes dangerous player in Barry Wilson, he cant even get a game now, Imrie is a huff and puff type who will work and get a break now and then but is not the same level as Barry or Black. I hope that we turn things around starting Saturday...i feckin do.

Motherwell -V- ICT : matchday thread
I've wondering about Brews team selections.. tonight confirmed it for me, he's looking to set up ICT where he's selecting players for effort as opposed to skill, also players he likes prefered to the best players for the team. That was a shyte starting team.

Motherwell -V- ICT : matchday thread
Marius is injured...picked up a knock on saturday. Cant blame him for this one, just shyte team out

Motherwell -V- ICT : matchday thread
Nah.... it will be Imrie,Mcbain,Duncan,Cowie.. and is Marius injured or dropped? is that the end of 4-5-1?, is this going to be the long blooter up the park style game plan? Waiting with bated breath.

Can I borrow a couple of quid.....?
Wonder how that compares to the 150 fans that 'huge' club Dundee utd took up mon saturday... :014:

Marius check
This formation would work if we used it correctly, playing the high ball to Marius is a waste of time - as we have seen on numerous occasions. With two giant defenders the midfielders have to drive forward playing low balls / one - twos etc, either that or going wide and get behind their defence, neither of course we did well on saturday. Bayne came on, and of course he is suited to the high ball. Bayne - 75% graft 25 % skill Marius - 75% skill 25 % graft
