  1. The manager will start this game as he starts all away games, 4-5-1 Fraser Rossco Duff Granty Dickie (fobtc) Cowie Black Duncan Mcbain Imrie Prob. Wood maybe Roons
  2. Deuchar's name came up on another thread, seemingly he's been guaranteed medical work over there when he's not playing football, big decision eh, stay there in the heat or come to Sneck in the winter.
  3. The last one is a tough one eh!
  4. I think we have been unlucky, its not Brews fault that the ref's have been giving some shyte decisions to the opposition, look at the free kick to Killie on saturday that led to fat bobs goal, never a foul. Rooney had a decent penalty claim waved away last night seemingly, was Mcocks goal offside? another poor decision? Over the season these things even out and it will get better - i hope.
  5. A man placed some flowers on the grave of his dearly departed mother and started back toward his car when his attention was diverted to another man kneeling at a grave. The man seemed to be praying with profound intensity and kept repeating, "Why did you have to die? Why did you have to die?" The first man approached him and said, "Sir, I don?t wish to interfere with your private grief, but this demonstration of pain is more than I?ve ever seen before. For whom do you mourn so deeply? A child? A parent?" The mourner took a moment to collect himself, then replied, "My wife?s first husband."
  6. Errrr.. the way our form is the noo, we could'nt dispose of a used nappy.
  7. ''2020: Goal! Falkirk 1-0 Inverness CT. Inverness had squandered a series of gilt-edged chances in the first 20 minutes and pay the price as Neil McCann gives the Bairns the lead. McCann pounces on a rebounded Michael Higdon effort to bag his third goal for Falkirk. ' Sounds feckin familiar..... :thumb04: :018:
  8. "Genies" were once responsible for the near total loss of my eyebrows after one particular episode showing off to some lassies!! Whoooooooosh ........and eh was left looking like Al Jolson :thumb04: I also lost a fair amount of pubescent leg hair after stamping on a box of Bluebell matches to see what would happen !! No the sharpest knife in the box at that point in time (some would say no much has cheenged) :018: We had a risky game with a 2" metal tube and a heavy wooden ball, block one end of the tube stick it in the ground, throw in a lighted banger followed by the ball, the crack was when the heavy ball gave in to gravity and more or less headed back to base... we tried it with 3 bangers tied together, what a feckin bang!!! ears were ringing for hours.
  9. Its all about Health and Safety nowadays, cant have a crap without some sort of risk assessment in place. When i was a nipper we used to have a cracking bonfire in the field behind the houses in Glenburn drive, ok until they set a garage and a shed on fire by accident, so from that angle going from the fire brigades busiest night of the year its now mostly under supervision and a lot safer. Remember the fun you could have with bangers! bangers in telephone boxes, dustbins, car exhausts, under tins to see how high they went, even being dared to hold the bloody things with yer finger tips! Oh the danger..
  10. Dont think so, Duff has had a fair share of howlers which have cost us points. Barrowman has played for a few teams and would have to come into the 'more' experienced catergory.
  11. That's exactly what worries me. We used to have the best team spirit in the league, but it seems to have slowly evaporated. Canna blame Marius this time eh? Parkie would never come back up here, not even for Robbo, he left for geographical / family reasons did he not? Anyway, not sure if i'd be too confident if Robbo were to come back, i think Brew needs a more experienced assistant, someone to slap him on the napper if he tries a stupid sub.
  12. Have you seen the weather???? i would need to be paid to go out in this, the main stand is facing the wind too..
  13. Mcghees subs won him the game, Brews subs lost us the game.
  14. The weather had a big part in poor attendances on saturday Mr Pimple, it was awful!! ICT have a fan base of about 3000 with another 500 if the weather is good and we are playing well. There is also another 1000 or so that appear for old firm games, but this is the same for most other teams in the SPL. Its all about supporting your team, being a fan, some are more fervent than others but at the end of the day getting new young fans is the important thing.
  15. Dont know about that, look at the form guide, we are firmly on the bottom and are losing at home to teams all around us... why? Brew is paying the price for not replacing players who left, and hoping youth can fill in.
  16. But at the end of the season and we are involved in a relegation battle, goal difference may well become a factor. Anyway, I am becoming more and more dissillusioned with the use of subs and missuse of young players by Brewster, saturdays starting choice was poor, with the wind and conditions as they were Woods should not have started, he has no pace nor ball control. Barrowman and Rooney were the obvious choice. At 1-1 he puts on Vigurs for Rooney.... utter madness. If there was any players we needed to give us back the game it was Barry, its although Brew decided that 1-1 was acceptable and filled the midfield.
  17. I did think that teh ref gave us nothing all day, and it was confirmed after watching the highlights, their free kick for the second goal was the decision a complete clown, Smith also took Barrowman out as he ran through on goal, the keeper never touched the ball. Didnt think Fraser did very well for their first goal either, looked slow to come out and didnt do much to spread himself, bit like the hoal against Hearts. However, still getting my blood up is the use of subs by Brew... fuc*ing joke.
  18. Maybe... but looked like the other way about to me. But why does brew persist playing players who dont produce the goods, ie Woods Cowie Tokeley Hastings...
  19. Was going to go, but after today i'm so pi55ed off they can bog off.
  20. What a load of bollocks Chris! talk about looking through a pair of Brewster coloured glasses! We were crap today, CRAP Cowie gets a start when he is consistantly poor, Wood plays when he is average at best (marginaly better than Rory), We chase the game and he takes off Rooney and puts on Vigurs????????? Sad.....
  21. I think Brewster is a feckin clown.... To put Wood on again was criminal, he did nothing again apart from tripping over the ball to stop Rooney going through on goal. His subs once again were mysterious, to take off Rooney and put on Vigurs was beyond belief, talk about negative, why was Barry not put on? at least he is an impact player who might have created a goal. Once again we **** up in defence and we are now looking at a relegation battle which Brew is not the person to rely on.
  22. Wonder if Charles' pin code is 1746 ?
  23. Kind of depends if you speak with an english accent... and do english banks in Scotland give out english money?
  24. I'm afrid it won't. If you insert a card from a Scottish bank into a machine, it's programmed to issue Scottish notes only. Strange.. i put my RBS maestro card into a machine in greece and got out Euro's. and they were'nt scottish euros!
  25. Hey mun, you should alter the title of this thread to ' Why we are not winning games' We dont score goals because we have nobody consistantly scoring, we have never replaced Dargo, and we are losing stupid goals because we have never replace Dods. The management knew what they had to get, but didnt. I am hoping, really hoping that Barro' and Rooney start on saturday, and that the defence dont **** up again.
