Did anyone hear the parents telling the story off what happened that day on Radio 2.

ICT -V- Falkirk : Matchnight Thread
Well i suppose in the grand scheme of things that was a good point, coming from behind with a awful home record.

Poppies this Saturday.
Well said Alex, thats exactly how it should be, im very pro remembrance particulary towards the men and women from the two world wars, but making all players wear a poppy if this is true, smacks of yet more political correctness tripe.

The ICT Catchment Area
It extends at least to Bristol

Who should be in goals on Saturday?
I would go with Esson, give Fraser a rest, I hope fraser stays no1 but there is nothing wrong with competition, a little kick up the arse if you like.

TIME OUT PEOPLE
Very noble of you CaleyD But your talking about your average football fan here, the word fickle springs to mind. But its a very good point especially with the club looking like wanting to interact with the fans. Dar.

5 home wins in the last 10months.
I was at the game Saturday and I thought the atmosphere was very flat, the fans really do need to get behind the team, I was talking to another fan who thought it could be down to the club being very young. Whatever it is it needs to change.

Where the MODS when we need them
Fair point there CaleyD. Please dont get me wrong, but I have to wonder if things have gone massively to far the other way now where PC is involved, listen to what the average football fan calls the referee, or a member of the opposition no-one would bat an eye lid on here or anywhere else about that, of course thats if religion or ethnicity is taken out of the equation.

Where the MODS when we need them
Guys are we all too easily offended nowadays, does make me wonder, at 43 if I was to think of the things that I have been called over the years I could have had people put away for life, of course im British white dont have a religion and I am straight and not disabled so perhaps no cause for concern there, but I have an uncle who is gay an auntie who is disabled and quite a few friends and colleague who are not Brits so I have no axe to grind there either, we have become obsessed with political correct crap in these Isles and its to our detriment. Now there is a point that should not be crossed but come on get on with your life enjoy it well you can and use this site for what it should be used for, anyone who uses this site and wishes to be a numpty just ignore them they will soon go away..

ICT -V- Celtic : matchday thread
All in all I thought that was a good performance from the lads(if you take out the first 15-20 mins of second half) as mentioned before thought Imrie was very good today perhaps holds on to the ball a little to long at times though. Our poor home form continues but i guess not many would have honestly seen us getting 3 points today.

All of a sudden were sitting too deep looking and looking hesitant. Game over?

Went to sleep for sure, just wonder if an early goal for them might just work in our favour, need to now step up to the plate and not concede another.

ICT -V- Celtic : matchday thread
For me that was a good positive first half from the lads, not content to sit back in numbers and stiffle celtic, they have taken the game to them at times getting the two best chances of the half with Imries free kick and Woods chance, think Black is lucky to still be on the pitch and as CaleyD says needs to be very carefull, we dont want to be a man down for obvious reasons. All in all so far would be happy to see much the same in the second half and with abit of luck could nick it.

Munro - 2 Year Extension
Good news regarding Grant Munro me and my kids have had the chance to talk to him on several occasions and he has come across as a good honest bloke with time for the fans, not a bad player either.

The Season So Far
Having only watched highlights on the box this season so far I cannot make much opinion on general performance on the park, points wise 3 more would have us joint 3rd points tally, 3 less we would be joint bottom points tally so its a fine line at the moment between success or failure, I guess the best that can be said at is potentially weve got a good platform to kick on and get a top half of table finish, we have to be strong at home to go that extra mile theres nothing more annoying than winning away only to drop points at home the week after, can the team achieve a fortress Tulloch?

THE ICT Shopping Experience
Just a note to say how impressed I am and have been in the past with the club shop, ordered my goods online Tuesday delivered Thursday, excellent service by anyones standards. Well im at it the exact same service was given by the Tee shirt shop on this site ordered and delivered the same as above.

Advertisments
Just had a thought perhaps the club might like to advertise our shirts on here, then we could get rid of the Celtic stuff.

Anybody thinking of watching Bristol Rovers-Peterborough on the box this launch time, if so watch for Steve Elliott centre defence, Daryl Duffy/Rickie Lambert up front for Rovers. What was your opinion of the game and Rovers in particular?
