Summer transfer targets
Parker would be a great signing but may well be beyond our budget.

Good Luck To Rangers !
For all that I dislike both Rangers and Celtic and all they stand for, I will continue to support them both in Europe. To be fair to Celtic and their fans their behaviour in Seville was impeccable compared to what happened in Manchester. There will be the usual claims of heavy handed policing but, like a large number of those involved, that simply wont wash !

Romanian Provisional Squad Officially Announced
Good for him. I hope he makes the final squad. When all said and done it would be a tremendous coup for ICT to have a player participating at these Championships.

Burton O Brien
An impressive player but midfield isn't really our priority. You may well be right about Aberdeen as a replacement for Nicholson.

Good Luck To Rangers !
Scumbags indeed. A minority of Rangers fans have brought shame on themselves and on the country.

RIP Tommy Burns
Very sad news indeed. He seemed like a very decent man

Massive game tonight!
It certainly was, worthy of winning any game at any level.

Massive game tonight!
To be honest I'd rather see Bristol City in the Premiership than yet another London Club. Sorry Al.

GRETNA RESIGN FROM SFL
Agreed but the bank can only realise the assets which consist of Tynecastle alone and perhaps a few of the playing staff. The existing PLC may disappear but at the end of the process there wllwill still be tens of thousands of fans ready to back an refinance a new company even if Romanov retains the right to the name Heart of Midlothian, Hearts in some shape or form will quickly rise from the ashes. They may not have any assets to start out with but they will be debt free and a viable entity. The same can not be said of Gretna.

GRETNA RESIGN FROM SFL
The difference is that Hearts are a substantial footballing entity with a lrge fan base. They will lose Tynecastle, in all probability when Romanov has had enough but will continue even if they have to ground share for a few seasons. Gretna, on the other hand, have no substance behind them and face the real prospect of disappearing all together like Third Lnark.

not going to renew season ticket
I largely agree, our realistic aspirations can't really extend beyond finishing fifth or sixth in the SPL but it is the prospect of finishing rock bottom next season which concerns me right now. I've never had a season ticket but tend to get to between 8 and 10 home games a season which I anticipate doing next season despite my reservations about Craig Brewster.

Next Inverness Caley Manager
To be even more of a pedant, there was indeed a team called Inverness Caledonian until they decided to drop the geographical prefix after taking the huff with the local authority who the believed wre trying to frustrate their attempts to relocate from Telford Street to the Carse.

Denzils last game.
I'm sure he will.

ICT youngsters
Not sure about the ICT youngsters as I don't attend reserve or under 19 matches but I fully agree with Alex Macleod's general comments.

Congrats Barry Wilson
A club legend despite his sojourn in West Lothian.

Craig Levein Interview
That will get them nowhere.

Summer transfer targets
I've only seen Watt once in the CIS Cup match against Arbroath. He seemed very capable albeit against lower level opponents. I would like to see him given a one year contract.

Next Inverness Caley Manager
I fear that this is one prediction that IHE may have correct.

Next Inverness Caley Manager
With all due respect to Blackieforce, footbasll management is quite unlike anyother job and, like it or not, it has become accepted for fans to siscuss replacements for managers who are still in post, especially those who have performed as badly as Craig Brewster. Ican't say I would relish it personally if it happened to me but it goes with the territory nowadays.

Next Inverness Caley Manager
John Robertson, Billy Reid and Alex Rae would all be on my short list but, unfortunately, it looks increasingly like we will be kivking off next season with Brewster at the helm.

Match against St Mirren Could Be Relegation Decider
Far from being an unimportant end of season affair, Saturday's match against St Mirren could have quite a bearing on the fortunes of either club. We will need to avoid defeat to ensure that we don't swap league positions with the Buddies and, while that might not have huge significance for this season, it may have a great impact on next. The league place at stake is worth ?70,000 which would pay the salary of a decent player next season. With both teams having a similar limited budget for players and with each showing every sign of battling against relegation next year whoever wins and can thus afford that extra player might just have the edge come next May. On that basis our last game might just be one of the most important of the season.

Caledonian or Thistle
What surprises me, given that the merger was a decade and a half ago, is that so few seem to have had no allegiance to either club before the merger. I would have thought that at least a third of fans would have fallen into that category by now.

Craig Levein Interview
Well done to Craig Levein for having the courage to speak the truth. The irony is that he will be the one who ends up being diciplined rather than Mike McCurry who, if he was not being biased, was so incompetent that he should not be refereeing at SFL level far less the SPL.
