Who would you like to see at ICT next season?
I wonder if that would pave the way for Donald Park to be reunited with Robbo. I could certainly live with that.

Who would you like to see at ICT next season?
As long as it's not interesting in the way that last season's start to the season was ?

Gary Warren told he can leave
This thread seems to have gone entirely off course so is now locked.

Championship 2018/19
Nah. Prefer a bit of drama and a helicopter arriving just like the game against St Johnstone when Robbo last led us to promotion.
-
Local Heroes
In a word, no. I don't care where our players come from as long as they play with pride for and commitment to the club when they are here.

Who would you like to see at ICT next season?
I think he means a sell on clause for the benefit of Celtic.

Championship 2018/19
Yes but if you can't dream at the beginning of the season when can you ?

Championship 2018/19
At home to Dunfermline on the last day of the season. Now wouldn't that be a nice way to clinch the title in front of six thousand fans in the May sunshine.

Worth every penny !

Who would you like to see at ICT next season?
You would hope that anyone who is pie to play football full time, no matter what their salary, would train and perform like a true professional.

Who would you like to see at ICT next season?
We may have limited resources but the recruitment under John Robertson has been far more promising than under either of his predesdors who had much much bigger budgets.

Pleased with that news. Looked to have something about him. Yet another young recruit with potential.

Russia - The World Cup
Let's hope that relations between the three joint hosts have thawed a little before the tournament takes place. I see that a US diplomat was quoted as saying that there was a special place in Hell reserved for the Canadian Prime Minister. I can't help feeling that he's getting his Canadian Justins confused.

Gary Warren told he can leave
Whilst this should not become a debate about any individual poster, I have to disagree. CB has long attacked and attempted to bully individual posters particularly those who he perceives to be less intelligent or less articulate than himself.

Russia - The World Cup
Seriously though, the new 48 team format for the finals is just too bloated and unwieldy. It may give Scotland a better opportunity to qualify but it's not good for the sport. The 32 team format works well, the only reason it's being changed is to further swell FIFA's already over swollen coffers.

Championship 2018/19
and, to be fair, some of his older and more experienced team mates were acting no better at that particular stage of the season.

Championship 2018/19
I don't recall us getting much in the way of preferential treatment last season.

Scottish cricketers 'robbed'
Agreed. The ICC should really be promoting the expansion of a game only taken seriously in a dozen or so countries instead of which they seem obsessed with maximising TV and other commercial income in the short term.
-
Scottish cricketers 'robbed'
Well, today's tremendous victory at the Grange against the number one ODI side in the world goes a long way to making up for missing out on the World Cup and also shows how short sighted and narrow the ICC are being in excluding so many promising associate nations from their premier one day tournament.

Music for the team to run out too
Agree with the thread title. We should definitely have music to run out too.

Who would you like to see at ICT next season?
A shame he has gone as the squad was stronger with him but there are probably at least a dozen players at the club that I would be more sorry to see go.

Who would you like to see at ICT next season?
That makes at least three of us.

New Board Member
I think this has to be a generally positive move. As far as the size of the board is concerned, in my view, the quality and expertise of the board members is more important than the number and I do think there remains room for improvement in that regard.
-
The Pre-Season Thread
The friendlies against Highland League sides are a good tradition but we really need at least one, and preferably two, games against higher quality opposition before the season proper starts.

Who would you like to see at ICT next season?
Probably the best we've been provided for as far as forwards are concerned for five years.
