I'm reading 'The numbers game, why everything you know about football is wrong'... and it outlines the stats from scoring after crossing a corner into the box and they are pretty minuscule! It suggests that there is a much greater opportunity to score by playing it short and attacking the goal by passing.

If you get the chance, go give me a text with the FT score and scorers. I'll likely struggle to get access to the Internet whilst away this weekend.

I quite liked Kevin McCann; scored a peach of a goal v Dundee United if I recall correctly. I've somehow eliminated Steve Williams from my memory! Even looking at his player image on google doesn't ring any bells! Who did he score his 2 goals for us against?

Cant find any confirmation that his contract has expired or has been released. Would love to see him at the club and there have been rumours for a while that we have spoken to him. Always a possibility that his contract will expire at the end of June and will then speak to clubs. Going by what the press is saying today then Terry has identified and spoken a target and is awaiting word back however a signing is unlikely to be made prior to pre-season training starting on Thursday. He has been released And signed for Stenny again according to his Twitter

I reckon by tomorrow I might have thawed out from last night's Scotland game...

Gutted to miss tonight's training, but to try and get from snowy aberdeen and back around my working hours is pretty impossible tonight. Plus, the last training session I came through I ended up bringing near biblical rainfall with me which postponed the legends game days later! So by staying through here tonight, the weather will be fine...
