Team For Hibs
Fully agree with CaleyD. Wilson seems to play well against Hibs from what I remember as well...

ICT v Hamilton
Ach well, maybe it's time to go for a 4-4-2? Rooney on for injured Duncan? Wilson on for McBain? Who knows...

ICT v Hamilton
Happy with that; glad Duff has got the nod, chance for him to show what he can do in a competitive game. Also quite happy with the similar formation to the Dons game, as we'll need to boss the center of the park today against a young, talented Hamilton midfield. I doubt we'll walk this, but hopefully we get the chance to see the likes of Rooney and McAllister get on as a second striker; as well as the likes of Sutherland or Vigurs.

merged: Adam Rooney
The starting 11? If so, how'd you know that? I see in the Daily Record it is saying that Stoke have put in a "buy back clause" in the transfer. So if he does have an absolute stormer of a season, we could in theory lose him for a similar fee which we paid Let's just hope Stoke stay up this season so they can keep spending 5.5 million on duds like Dave Kitson

According to the Stoke City page he is actually 5ft 10" Then he must be standing on a beer crate when posing for the picture with Brewster! As there is no way Brewster is shorter than 5 ft 10"

Kerr and McNulty go on loan
There will definitely be a clause in place that we can take him back on loan at any point during the 6 months, if required.

merged: Adam Rooney
Squad number? Notice we are still without a No.9 since Bayne left. Also looks to be a big lad, which Brewster commented on. The 5 ft 10" on his wiki page must need updating...

Granty out?
He took out Dargo when he was bearing down on goal, similar to his Scott McDonald sending off. Because he went over a certain discipline points level, it became a 2 game suspension.

Granty out?
Keep up! Proctor is still suspended for this game.

Granty out?
I did notice at the end of the Dons game that Grant was struggling, and guessed he would be missing from the Hamilton game. Ah well, it'll make tomorrow's game a good chance for either Duff or Lionel to stake a claim. Considering Duff did well against the Dons reserves, i'd like to think he'd get the nod.

No red cards for Blackie
How can you get that, from this? 1 out of ten

Celtic Game (18th October)
19th September The football coverage includes the full 90 minutes of an SPL game on a saturday evening (a replay of a 3pm ko). It'll be one of the SPL games that Setanta don't go for, so probably the other side of the Old Firm. Hopefully they'll consider us for plenty of games as well, since Inverness is closest to the Gaelic community.

Celtic Game (18th October)
Gaelic TV might take it on as their delayed full game coverage?

New Scotland Strip
Didn't like it when I first saw those pictures yesterday; but when I saw the players walk out with it at the press launch I changed my mind for some reason. Similar to what happened with our new kit!

Striker on Trial
Surprised Elgin City have taken McNulty on loan, when they already have Ally Ridgers on their books... Going to see them play against Montrose on the 30th Aug, so will be able to report back on how they are getting on.

Shudder? Take your pick... :thumb04: :018: ;)

Reserves win against Aberdeen
This is the team i'd like to see line up against Arbroath in the cup; with maybe Wilson or one of the new signings coming in as well. Also delighted that the Dons new signing Tommy Wright had a blank against our young center halves. Brilliant to see that we're carrying on this winning feeling throughout the squad.

Striker on Trial
I really think it has something to do with the performances of Jamie Duff.

Striker on Trial
Which one? Rooney? Elliot? or... Bechan? Also is Guy Kerr's loan move to Elgin City confirmed? I heard they were wanting Dale Gillespie on loan?

Hamilton Tactics
Currently watching it hoping that they get a few injuries and red cards.

Player of the Year Poll
I found it extremely hard to decide who to give the points to, as I would've had Munro, Black, Imrie, Duncan, Barrowman and McBain all as MotM. But I decided to give my 5 points to Barrowman. Had an absolutely fantastic shift on his own up front which was a huge improvement from his performances in pre season. He held the ball up magnificently, chased down a lot of play and importantly took the chance that came his way. I'm glad it's hard to pick one MotM out of many candidates, rather than the likes of Aberdeen struggling to decide on the best of an awful bunch who gets their MotM. Mark Kerr

Photos?
Quite fancy getting one blown up for my wall Preferrably one that's really large, so it'll be good quality when processed. Would love it to be of the players celebrating the first goal :thumb04:

Cis Draw
Arbroath have started the season well in the 2nd Division. Hopefully we'll be going into this match with 9 points in the SPL, with squad players like Sutherland, Wood, McAllister, Lionel, Kerr, Duff and Vigurs all champing at the bit for a full 90mins against Arbroath. Won't be able to make the game myself, but it's my birthday on the 29th; so hopefully the team give me something extra to cheer about, with a comprehensive win.
