  1. I'd already conceded that Riordan would score the pen, considering our record with trying to save them. Fantastic job Esson!! I hated him at Aberdeen, couldn't fathom how he could get into the Scotland squad, but i'll happily eat my words if he keeps a clean sheet today.
  2. Falkirk equalise with Hamilton; good show Keep it up boys, delighted with today's showing...
  3. Y'ass!!!! BLACKIE!!!!!
  4. Hamilton one nil up on Falkirk.... Good for us if we are looking to climb the table into the top 6, bad for us if we are fighting relegation
  5. We'll need 5 in the midfield to help cope with Hibs 3 pronged attack and their 3 centre mids. Hibs have posted an extremely attacking lineup, with Sheils and Yantorno in the middle, leaving Murray as their only defensive minded midfielder. Struggling to understand their defence as they have 3 centre halves and a RB, unless Hogg is playing as a LB or it's a back 3 with Bamba playing Defensive Midfield?? Either way we'll have to score more goals than Nish, as he's guaranteed at least one.
  6. Keogh signs for Elgin City till end of season Good to see he'll be back playing football. Think i'll be in Elgin on the 15th when they are playing Montrose, so will try and head along. Last Elgin game I saw was in August and Kerr and McNulty were very poor, hopefully they've upped their game a bit since then.
  7. That's eliminated the last shred of doubt I had on a Falkirk win. Odds of 2.1 are too generous not to bite... ?20 on Falkirk = ?22 profit if (when) they win.
  8. I'll be playing football at Strikers I have Strikers League matches on wednesdays, which would've been an ideal excuse to miss the game should it have been wednesday as well. Alas, i'm going to hide in my room creating Standard Grade Prelim papers :thumb04:
  9. I think this will be the first time that i'll try to actively avoid our game altogether. Recent form and past League Cup Quarter Final Losses (5-1, 2-1, 4-1) seem to suggest another skelping is on it's way. I'd love to be proved wrong though! Instead i'll attempt to get as much school work done as possible tonight, then tune into Sky Sports to see the result... after significant time has passed, to allow for any potential extra time and pens.
  10. Yep. Relegation definitely a possibility now. Lets hope the cup brings a bit of relief on tuesday! (thankfully we are away from home!)
  11. Black off (surprise there!) along with Rooney Vigurs and McBain on. At least Brewster has shown that he understood there needed to be a change. This could be a masterstroke or a blunder waiting to happen.
  12. At least Steve Lovell is definitely out of Tuesday's game, since he got sent off today for Falkirk. According to the commentator a straight red carries over to the next game regardless of whether it's the cup or league
  13. I wouldn't hold your breath on Imrie playing left and Cowie playing right. Well, Brewster must've been reading the boards. As McBain has been dropped, Rooney has been brought in. Happy enough with the team and hoping for 3 points, which would make the BBC ALBA viewing even better
  14. Ross County please
  15. Mine in no order of preference would probably include: Rage Against the Machine - Evil Empire Sigur Ros - ?g?tis byrjun Far - Water & Solutions Mogwai - Come on Die Young Therapy? - Troublegum That list would most likely change quite regularly, but i'm pretty happy with the selection.
  16. Am I right in saying we haven't been beaten by more than one goal in any match this season? And the games we did win, 2 out of the three we won by 2 goals.
  17. ... something which won't go unoticed by Brewster i'm sure. Everyone is taking points off everyone this year, and if we had a bit more rub of the green against St Mirren and Hamilton we could've been between 4 and 6 points better off. I'm really hoping we take 3 points against Motherwell, as it will set us up quite well for the 2nd of 3 fixture rounds (assuming we get beat at Ipox). I have a feeling Hamilton could start to drop off the pace if they continue to drop points, as their form has really dipped after some early promise. Although i'm still hoping that Kilmarnock collapse, as I had ?30 on them at the start of season to get relegated at 14-1...
  18. Fully support the clubs actions if true. Having a BJK banner at any ICT game is a complete embarrassment and shouldn't be encouraged or tolerated.
  19. The commentator was saying he was out for a looong time at Darlington with a 'career threatening' ankle injury. I'm glad Proctor is back as well, especially when Ross Tokely got his 6th yellow of the season yesterday. Must be du a suspension soon...
  20. Butter face
  21. dundee v. ross county draw please
  22. Rory for a starring role similar to his previous superstar 88 min cameo against Celtic then? I just hope he doesn't play Proctor as a right midfielder similar to the Ibrox 2-0 loss last season. That game dampened my post match family wedding celebrations a bit...
  23. So do I. But feel that McBain will start over Vigurs. mainly due to his experience. Vigurs hasn't started against the Old Firm yet... as far as i'm aware.
  24. Remind me of his past horrors against ICT... Was he the one who sent off Juanjo for Neil Lennon being blown over by a gust of wind? Who was the ref in our 3-2 win last season?
  25. More importantly... who's the ref for tomorrow's game??
