    Ryan Esson

Totally forgot: Ryan Esson was best man at Russell Duncan's wedding. So at least he'll fit in straight away I suppose... I'd like to see him make an appearance against St Johnstone; not tonight though.

    Ryan Esson

The Scotsman said he's signed, but there is no info on contract length/value. I'd imagine they are just putting 2+2 together and presuming he has put his signature on the dotted line. If he has signed, I guess he might get a run out at the weekend before the boys fly off to Denmark?

    Fans V Players

I would gladly part with ?100 for 90mins against the Caley players. The ex Elgin City player in me still thinks i could do a job :rolleyes02: Perhaps something like this could work?

    Ryan Esson

I've spent 4 years shouting abuse at the guy when he had a Dons top on; this is going to be weird if he signs :017: Hopefully his wage demands will be low as at one point he would've been on a lot more than Mikey is on currently :33:

    Ryan Esson

On North Tonight a minute ago it mentioned that Ryan Esson is up in Inverness for signing talks with us :024:

    Riga

The only thing I dropped on the beach was my jaw :016: Random football sightings included some shabby locals with ancient Sheffield Wednesday away tops (orange ones) and an equally ancient Leeds home top; they didn't respond to my "Mon the Owls" drunken shout... Also sat in front of some Yeovil Town fans at the FC Jurmala league game (?1.25 entry!).

    HAPPY DAYS

I've had pelters since 1994, from being an 11 year old ICT fan living in Elgin (later signing for Elgin City and receiving non-stop abuse), to my impending 25th birthday; having lived in Aberdeen for the last 8 years. But I wouldn't change my support for the world... The club has provided me with some of the greatest moments of my life; ones that I will remember always and look back on fondly. For that I am thankful. Whilst there are always improvements to be made on and off the pitch, I look forward to the many more years of happy times. You take the rough with the smooth as they say...
  8. Fuxake, I know we were playing two games 90 miles apart on the same day, but I thought our squad was stronger than that! Perhaps Charlie has the experience we are looking for up front?

    Riga

I can now confirm that Latvian women are incredible :crazy07: If you do go to Riga, spend most of your time at Jurmala which is about 20km away. Lovely beaches, lots of stunning women, cheap beer, watersports park and FC Jurmala :016:
  10. Me plus a Dons fan. First ICT game since the 3-0 win over Killie...
  11. ?10 adults, ?5 concessions on Tuesday. Looking forward to it :021: To be honest, there are quite a few home grown youngsters at Man Utd who will never make the Utd first team. I was at the Dons v. Man Utd game yesterday and a lot of the players e.g. Lee Martin, Chris Eagles, Danny Simpson will clearly never be a first team regular or even a first team squad player. Instead, Man Utd will sell them on for ?1million or 2, to lesser teams, which will make a bit of a profit on their investment. I'd like to see Evans get another chance, moreso because i'd like to see how he plays myself! Any word on if Marius is back pre-season training and will be included in the next 2 games? I've been away in Riga for a week, only getting back yesterday, so haven't seen any reports/newspaper articles....
  12. The Granite City Loyal Rangers chairman has FTP on his personalised licence plate :33: Have no idea how that car has survived thus far in Aberdeen :024:

  14. Daily Ranger report INVERNESS manager Craig Brewster has taken Sean Evans on trial after the Wales Under-21 winger was recommended by Sir Alex Ferguson. The 20-year-old has just been released by Manchester United but Fergie has assured Brew the kid has the potential to play in the SPL. Brewster said: "I plan to take a really good look at him for a week and it's also vital he sees what we're all about here too. "He's only 20 but has been in the Welsh Under-21s, is quick and has a good pedigree. "When I brought another Manchester United kid, Michael Barnes, up here last season he did well for the week but I need someone with more first-team experience. "I spoke to Sir Alex and he said the boy has a chance. At United players must be of a certain pedigree right away - there is no time to just hope they will eventually bloom. "They can't afford to wait on young players who might take a little longer. "John Rankin is a classic example of a player who came through their system and took a step back but still went on to make a name in the game. Players develop and peak at different ages. "The lad is keen to come up and do well and maybe win himself a contract."
  15. I'd like to think Brew has confidence in Kerr and Duff should injuries and suspensions hit us hard. They've looked accomplished when i've seen them, and a lot better with distribution than many of our first pick defenders!
  16. :clapping03:
  17. Glad we're casting the net wider. There also seems to be a lot of ICT youth players in Aberdeen from what i'm being told.
  18. May I be the first to suggest a song or chant based around the phrase "Who's your Zadi!?"
  19. Don't even go there! I said i'm surprised, not disappointed!!
  20. You know, I'm surprised Brewster brought him in when Richie Byrne is available for a free transfer :rolleyes02: Sounds like a very similar player!
  21. Lolland-Falster Alliancen or LFA is a Danish football club from Nyk?bing Falster on Falster. The club was founded as Nyk?bing Falster Alliancen (NFA), a merger between clubs B 1901 and B 1921. On June 18, 2006, their defeat to Lyngby Boldklub in the last game of the season clinched their relegation to the Danish 2nd Division East, after having spent 3 years in the next best league. However, they spent just one season in this league, and were promoted back to the first division after beating Kj?benhavns Boldklub 5-0 on June 3, 2007. Herf?lge Boldklub is a Danish football club founded in 1921. It is based in Herf?lge, a small town in the middle of Sj?lland. On 2007-02-27 the club agreed on an extraordinary general meeting a merger with K?ge Boldklub, to form HB K?ge. The merger was halted by the Danish Football Association in March 2007, due to a missed deadline. Because K?ge Boldklub got into financial problems in April 2007, the merger was abandoned.
  22. I look forward to your next inshiteful suggestion on who we should sign. Perhaps you should play a bit more Football Manager, so you can make some of these dreams a reality?
