Brewster's team selections
Anyone think that Brewster is trying out a few Jimmy Calderwood tactics with playing players out of position? I dearly hope he isn't....

Hibernian -V- ICT : matchday thread
when he leaves at end of season you,ll get your wish I really really hope so.

Hibernian -V- ICT : matchday thread
1-0 Hibs, Colin Nish. Something along the lines of... "good passing play by Inverness, Black to Cowie, to Bayne to Duncan.... who loses it... blah blah blah... Nish scores". Perhaps i'm pointing the finger at Duncan a bit, but i'm really getting fed up of his terrible performances without getting dropped. It's time to give the likes of Vigurs and Gillespie a game instead. Make Duncan realise he's not untouchable in this team. As I type it's now 2-0, Fletcher scored. :008: Going to switch off the radio very VERY soon.

Not too bad. Still would've liked Patti to make a start. We'll see how we get on. My heart says ICT win or draw, but my head (and coupon) say Hibs win

Team for Motherwell
I'm hoping that it's on 103-105 FM, as my laptop's sound card is knackered. Might just catch the 2nd half if i'm home from work in time.

Reserve game
I hope there is a home reserve match in the School March Holidays, as it would be excellent to get along. Either that or an away reserve game to Aberdeen.

Team for Motherwell
Well... with Markus Put-a-line-on missing from the reserve game today, it could be a start for him? Would be good to have a bit of height on the left for these long balls, a bit like the McCulloch role for Rangers/Scotland. Would fancy Markus winning quite a few headers v. the Motherwell right back :024: I've got a 2nd year parent's evening tomorrow night. So whilst all the other teachers will be trying to find out the Celtic v. Barca score, i'll be trying to keep up to date with the "big" game of the night :021:

hearts fans at celtic park
Read on Pieanbovril that there are rumours of videographic evidence of a celtic steward punching a hearts fan.
-
Reserve game
It'll be an interesting team selection, considering we have a game on wednesday evening. I'd guess that anyone who's starting tomorrow, won't be starting against Motherwell...

Set pieces/crossing
I remember reading last season that Barry Wilson and John Rankin stayed behind after training to practice taking free kicks and the like. Now that both of them are either not with us any more, or out of favour, I really really hope the likes of Blackie, Marius, Cowie, Imrie et al will put in some extra practice. Maybe they are in a rush home to catch Neighbours on channel 5?

Happy enough with that. Strong bench as well. No Dods, Hunt or Conway is good for us. Jim O'Brien will be tough to deal with though :024:

Ritchie Hart
Wasn't a joint. If I decided to take Class A drugs to a festival and was caught and charged, then I dare say I would bring the school I teach at into disrepute. My job and career would certainly be over. So I consider him extremely lucky to still have the chance to carry on his career, and be supported by his current employers. Lets leave your personal affection for drugs aside. Richie Hart has been supported well by the club and fans for doing a very silly thing, which hopefully he has learned from. As a professional sportsman he did indeed let a lot of people down, as well as himself.

Top 6 Baby!!!!!!
It would significantly boost gate receipts, as there'd be one game v. the Old Firm, plus probably a sold out away end for a 3rd place chasing side as well. It'd also make a nice change to look forward to the last 5 games knowing that the furthest down we could slip would be 6th :clapping03:

Questionaire from ICT
I had considered contacting the club when I was going for my years work placement for Business Management at RGU, but didn't think they'd take a student on. Good to see they are making work available to students :021: Now if only they can find a job for a Business Studies teacher with experience of working in the Scottish Music Industry :024:

Reserve game today
I hope Brewster isn't taking tips on "Total Football" from Jimmy Calderwood :018:

Top 6 Baby!!!!!!
I'm on holiday then as well :clapping03: So it's off to Hampden on Wednesday, maybe hit the west coast on thurs and friday, before heading to Inverness on the Saturday. Still think it'll get moved to the sunday for Setanananta though...

Reserve game today
We won 2-0 :021: Rory and Markus on the scoresheet again Graham Bayne played as a Center Half :017: http://www.ictfc.premiumtv.co.uk/page/Matc...1239752,00.html

St Mirren -V- ICT : Matchday thread
Righto, just in from the golf course... Just heard that St Midden have had the bulk of the ball, but we've had the 2 best chances; a Black shot and a Wyness sitter missed!

Mighty Ducks 2 comes to mind...

Today's football fix
So what is everyone doing today to get their football fix, since we haven't got a game. Think i'll watch all the BBC/Setanta/Sky games, and possibly wander down the road to go into the Hamilton end for the Aberdeen game (mainly to shout abuse at Lee Miller).

Better or Worse After Transfers?
We won't find out until the end of the season. Don't think we can predict the effects of transfers in/out until we see the performances in the run up to the split.
-
Caley Sign Imrie
Just don't let him take a penalty :015: Ballooned!!
-
Will we ever sign an established SPL player?
I'd rather sign promising players like Rankin and Cowie, than do the Aberdeen routine of plundering Dundee United and Dunfermline squad players :022:
-
Caley Sign Imrie
Wish I paid more attention in the Clyde v. Dundee United game on Sky a while back, instead of flicking between games :020: In fairness I hear he's been played as a left winger for Clyde in a lot of games, so goals to game ratio shouldn't be considered to be as an out and out striker.
