  1. The whole game is being replayed just now on Celtic Tv (which you get for free if you have Setanta). About 10 mins in... I knew getting Setanta would be worth it!!
  2. Not a chance in **** was it a penalty, but i'll take it!! Hammered..... :crazy07:
  3. Hearts have some sort of download that automatically launches a new desktop background on your computer every day, all of course incorporating either pictures of players, tynecastle, goal celebrations, crowd etc. That'd be pretty cool. You could charge ?3 or ?4 on an annual basis and make quite a bit i'd say...
  4. You could offer a "supporter's scheme"? Here's an example of the benefits that an aberdeen music forum uses... If you want to help financially support this web site but also want to gain some benefits for yourself then why not become a supporter? This scheme is open to all existing members and only costs ?3 a month. Payment is automatically collected from you via a monthly PayPal subscription that can be cancelled by yourself at any time. All money collected goes straight back into this web site - it either helps pay the monthly web hosting costs or helps pay for new features and improvements to be made to the web site. You can subscribe to this scheme by simply clicking on the Paid Subscriptions link within your Control Panel and then following the instructions displayed. So why would you want to become an aberdeen-music supporter? Well, if you subscribe you will be automatically promoted from a Regular Member to a Supporter and this entitles you to the following extra benefits: Increased Gallery Capacity You can upload up to 25MB of photos to your photo gallery instead of the normal 2MB limit. Use a Signature You are permitted to have your own signature in your posts and private message. You can use both vB Code and link to images within it. Increased Private Messages Capacity You can store up to 1000 private messages rather than the usual maximum of 250 messages. Add a Profile Picture You can add an image to be associated with your user profile. This is similar to an avatar but can be much larger (up to 500x500 pixels and up to 100KB in size) and is displayed on your public profile page. Access to The Lounge You will have access to the exclusive The Lounge forum where access is restricted to aberdeen-music staff, sponsors and other supporters only. Create Arcade Tournaments You can create your own tournaments within the Arcade section of our web site. No Advertisements You will not have to see any of our advertisements on the web site when logged in as a supporter, sponsor or staff member. Increased Avatar Size You can upload and use an animated avatar and an avatar up to 25KB in file size. Regular Members are permitted non-animated avatars only and avatars up to 10KB in file size. As further features and sections are added to the web site then this list of benefits will increase over time. Please note that all aberdeen-music staff and sponsors have all the benefits stated above already.
  5. Will there be a shortage of candles in Inverness now?? :023:

Have you ever put Deep Heat on a cut!?!?
  7. "You should have gone christmas shopping. You should have gone christmas shooo....pping"
  8. Lets get McGuire off just in case! Good chance to give young Vigurs another taster... Vigurs for McGuire, and move Hastings in the middle; Vigurs at left back. Bill Leckie and Brian Irvine are saying that Rankin has been brilliant and deserves a goal :clapping03:
  9. Quick someone start the chant: "Are you Alloa in disguise?!" ... in reference to Niculae's second goal. Just danced around my flat in Aberdeen. Can't wait to see the Hibs supporting workmate tonight at the work xmas doo :021:
  10. Now... did I hear correctly that Niculae "lobbed" Makalamby?? Their keeper is about 7ft tall!!
  11. NIIIICCCCCUUUUULLLLLAAAAEEEE!!!!!! :021: :021: :crazy07: :crazy07: :021:
  12. Everyone else in that thread then goes onto disagree with him, saying that we have to make the same journey back if we were to play Hibs at Easter road though. So not all Hibs fans are as insular as that one. To be fair, I haven't met a Hibs fan that I didn't get on with. Even during the Tartan Army March in Paris there were a few that we shared various alcoholic bevarages with, who had brilliant chat.

This has been covered again and again, so I apologise for bringing it up. I did use the search function on the site, but could not find what I was looking for... My dad and about 15 work colleagues are going to the game on saturday (they tend to organise 2 or 3 trips to Caley games a year), and they were wondering what buses run from the city center to the ground. They used to get the Pheonix bar buses, until the bar stopped doing them. So what are the options now? Is there still buses going from the bus station? Many thanks in advance.
  14. Never really rated him, but good luck in whatever club/career follows :clapping03:
  15. I believe it's pretty much a done deal and Malky's on his way up. From what I've been told he did not have a formal contract at Chester. I was told by one of his family members that he was paid in cash, rather than into his bank account. So there could be some truth in this rumour...
  16. They've just said on the radio that the line is broken, and they'll try to sort it asap. Quite glad of the break, grim stuff hearing us under the cosh and "standing firm".
  17. Add to the list of commentator ramblings... 7. Massive overuse of the word "Tidy" and "Firm".
  18. I was using the example that the Dons don't have "Shire" in their name, in no way was i suggesting that Aberdeenshire includes inverness! Suggest an alternative to ICT then...
  19. I bet Aberdeen"shire" football club would be raking in the money :020: :020: :020: :020: :020: :020: :020: :020: :020: :020: :020:

Just read that the draw for the Scottish cup 4th round is live on Sky Tv in an hour (12.30pm.), if anyone is interested?
  21. Well to add some weight to the malky rumour... I worked with a relative of his, who mentioned there are some major dodgy dealings going on at chester. Various incidents involving gangsters and cash payments. Perhaps he'll use this opportunity to escape?
  22. What happened to your kilt at the Ukraine game..? :crazy05: I hadn't cleaned it since Paris, so it was long overdue a dry clean. Although, the Paris fountains gave it a wee wash :023:
  23. It wasn't one out of surprise, it was more to make it clear to anyone perusing this thread that there was a former player in the squad. I've a funny feeling that Wilkie was called up but Levein said it was too soon for him (as he stated in the papers a week or so ago), so Machine was called up instead. He'll never get anywhere near the full squad though... Surprised a few more of the national team's fringe 'A' players aren't there e.g. Maloney, Beattie, O'Conner, Murty.... Barry (1 cap) Robson, especially since he won't be playing any first team football for a while after his :33:
