I thought you were one of the Union Jack brigade , apologies if I've got the wrong person . n. To the best of my knowledge I've never had possession of a Union Jack. Though Rangers were my 'big team' as a teen, no secret, the likes of ICTCHRIS knew me back then. But like many silly teen infatuations I grew out of it when I began to know better. Be hard pushed to be a bigot given I've a Catholic father and a Protestant mother. Anyway thanks, apology kindly accepted.
  2. Indeed they were. I took Mikey Diamond's flag in and the stewards had me unfurl it to check the size.

Because he's a wee bigot . Now I'm confused. Are you saying Gorman's 'a wee bigot' or I am? I was referring to Gorman but if the cap fits ......... So you are implying I'm a bigot? Please do explain...

Pure ragin' so I am DC. Seriously though, while I do have some sympathy for 'public figures' who's comments will obviously be scrutinised more than others, plus there's always that group of people who just can't wait to be offended by anything and everything. People (particularly younger people) need to realise that if you put your views and opinions, (especially if they're controversial) out there in a public way you have to be prepared people to disagree and respond to that, they don't exist in a vacuum. If those comments are threatening, sectarian, racist then the repercussions can be even more serious. Employers these days often check potential employee's social media to see what they can find. So while folk might think it's hilarious to tweet that bigoted joke / pic of you getting stoned etc it's maybe not the wisest!
  7. All the merger's fault imo. Blame that.

  9. Can't be ersed tbh...
  10. I think ibrox will be the chosen venue as well. As much as I detest the Orcs I think it would generate a better atmosphere as the piggery is too big and it won't sell out I reckon we will see 30k Dons fans and possibly 6-7k of our fans which is not anywhere capacity but it would look better in Ibrox Anyway it should keep the likes of Fraz happy Dougal If reports are correct then it it seems I will be left dejected. Your best bet would be the club shop at the stadium I guess, just pop in if you're local or give them a ring on 01463 222880 to ask what they have.
  12. I'll be there with my eldest.
  13. Now that I've been home for a while, had a chance to grab a couple of beers and carefully reflect upon today's history making events, all I can really think of before going to bed shortly is
  14. Shamelessly stolen from P&B
  15. May depend on the conditions and who's the convener so these may vary a bit from bus to bus - No planned toilet stops all buses will have toilets onboard. Probably around 30 mins, as far as I'm aware they're leaving after from Leith Links unless the police change that. Buses will return to where they picked you up, not much use leaving your car in Inshes and getting dropped off at the stadium!
  16. I'm reliably informed that Hartley never got the job as he was told to get lost just after walking in the door unfortunately being mistaken for a wandering hobo.
  17. Don't think Renegade was having a go just passing comment.

  22. Fair enough Davie, I appreciate the effort you and your entourage made on your pilgrimage to Hampden but in all honesty I could have told you the outcome long before you even made the journey The Scottish Sun saved the day and if that was a knock on effect from your meeting then fair play Dougal Don't forget to book your bus Dougal, or are you getting a hotel on Saturday night in Edinburgh on your way back from the County game in Killie?
  23. When I'm sitting at Telford Street I can't really disagree with that, they definitely have moved a bit.
