The thing about foreign players is that they tend not to stick around for very long. Hastings is the big exception to that one, although he did leave then come back. Presumably if we ranked our foreign players by appearances alone he'd be top by miles. But who would be next?

It's brilliant that they are getting involved in the community like this. Just a pity that our players aren't particularly qualified to teach something useful likes maths or science instead. Are you referring to players in their current age and level of performance, or hypothetically getting them back from when they were at their best? If we were actually going to bring back an ex-player, Barry Robson and Don Cowie would be the only ones I'd be excited about. But I'm not getting my hopes up. Presumably Cowie will soon be the first ex-ICT player to play at Wembley?
