It came from a poor back-header from Broadfoot, he looked slightly off balance at the time, but I’m not even sure what he was trying to do.

Another indicator of how crazy this league is: we’ve struggled to score goals for most of this season but now find ourselves joint top scorers! The top 4 teams have all scored 41.

FIFA usually makes decisions based on money rather than morality. If they don’t have the balls to make swift decisions like other sporting bodies have done (and even Eurovision!), then it might take pressure from sponsors who will not want their brand name appearing in the same shot as the Russian team.

Just noticed today Lewis Jamieson is at Clyde now, and scored today. Radio Scotland incorrectly said today that he is on loan there from us, rather than from St Mirren.
