OH MY FUCKEEEEEN GAWD! IT'S HIM! IT'S REALLY HIM!
-
If he didn't go for it we'd be raging at him for not being committed enough. The poor guy couldn't win, it was a 50/50 he went for it, in the heat of the moment he mistimed his challenge and got sent off. He's suffering because of his earlier red this season imo, he'll have to watch himself now like Ian black does or like any other player that picks reds up. But we know he's not a dirty player.

The Rules Should Be Bent To Suit Rangers
lukemackay replied to Kingsmills's topic in General Football
Oh how the Mighty? Have fallen. Questioning how mighty they were in the first place. -
In all honesty I see nothing more in fletcher than I do in Jordan Rhodes, if anything I'd say Jordan Rhodes is better, he scores more goals with less service than fletcher. Fletcher has the likes of James mcclean, Craig Gardner, seb Larson at Sunderland, and it was the same at burnley and wolves, hes always had the players around him. Rhodes had nowhere near that calibre of service at Huddersfield yet he scored more goals. I reckon if Rhodes had the service fletcher did he'd score 15-20 goals a season in the premier league. He wouldn't of got past miller at the time when he turned down scotland because miller was free scoring at rangers. A big deals been made of nothing, it's not strikers we need it's a centre midfeilder, Adams and Caldwell are fine by me but I think we need the other midfeilder to be a box to box player? One who will support the attack more, I felt we missed that more than another striker last week, the one time miller did get support we scored. But fletcher wouldn't of scored because the final ball was awful. Anyway he's an Overhyped plank is what I'm trying to say il admit he done well at wolves but he's nothing better than Jordan Rhodes who is desperate to play for his country. I'd be happy to be proved wrong by fletcher however. But from what I can see Rhodes is the future fletchers missed his chanced.

Have th club looked at the simple initiative of loyalty points? The more points you have the more opportunities to get tickets first, for derby games, etc. there's plenty you could do with it. Gives people a target so if they get so many loyalty points then they get a discount or something, points would be earned via buying club merchandise, tickets, season tickets etc.

I'd keep the same team as Saturday, Give pepper a chance in centre mid in place of jones, very different players but he will give us a decent engine in the middle. (centre mids his preferred position apparently) I've not heard anything on Shane so if he's fit I'd have him up front and foran in midfeild where otj would've been.

Yes it does. It's just that you don't understand the explanation! You don't "deserve" a penalty just because awarding a penalty is the correct decision. Doran should have been awarded a penalty but he did not deserve one. What Doran deserves is a rollicking from the manager for failing either to bury the chance sooner or to square it to Sutherland who was in an even better position. The referee also deserves a rollicking from the manager for making a very poor decision. Hope that makes it clearer? clear as mud haha. lets just take the draw and move on eh. im just gonna say decisions evened themselves out, we can spend forever moaning about a decision or we can move on and put our stamp on the next game so that we wont need any decisions go our way. my word of the season this season is onwards. spent to mcyh time last season wondering what couldve been.

Are you seriously saying that someone that no longer can go to games...for whatever valid reasons, isnt allowed to form and hold an opinion on matters?? You can't pass judgement on team or player performance, you can pass judgment on a penalty decision and one or two chances from the highlights but that's it. Oh...ok...thats how it works is it....so...lets say...for example...i have no rights to hold and form opinions on human rights infringements in places like Burma etc....coz im not there in person? You cannot possibly comment on a performance as a whole unless you see the whole game, you can't gauge how a team plays from highlights.

It was "your not famous anymore" When people avoid the singing section because they want peace how are w supposed to make any noise? There are rows and rows of empty seats in section e and they arnt getting filled, I just hope it's full for the c*unty game.

It seems busier now than at times last season. to me anyway.

I certainly can no longer afford to go, unless as a one off treat. But the weekends ICT are at home, seem to mostly coincide with the weekends i have my kids staying. If things were different....id be there every week. That sed, i havent been subjected to the dire football as much as others, so i might not be so willing to say that after a season like last. If you have an opportunity you should definatly still be coming. The footballs ben much improved from last, we havnt got that ilusive win but it will come I'm sure if we keep playing like we can. But don't listen to me il just be told in vomiting rainbows.

Before his red against Kilmarnock owain had never had a red card in his life. Says it all really

I'd go if I could afford it but have a holiday deposit to pay so can't justify going. Sorry to disappoint.

In meekings and warren we have two very commanding centre halfs. Ross draper is some tackler don't think he mistimed one all day. but he goes in very hard. Love it. Raven although unspectacular didn't give Hayes much time atall but really need to learn how to pass Foran nice penalty, no moaning, raw hunger. And Blackman had a very solid debut. His pace gets him out of trouble. They were the most encouraging players for me. We can go on about dorans miss till the cows come home, but best just to take the point and move on. Bring on the hibees!

He said in welsh on twitter that (roughly translated) he would never use bad speech as it would give his family a bad name. In hi next tweet he said also in welsh that it was a yellow at most.

Err, I hope we'll be winning before then! There's only 1 game between it now and theres an international break.
-
Frustrating yes, but take the point into hibs next week. It's certainly a performance we can build on. Building towards a win against county???
-
To answer your question. No we havnt seen the last of him. It was for the foul there was no abusive language. They put andersons sending off down as foul and abusive language to. The first red card was nuts. He just lost the head. Today it was one of those ones where he's made a whole hearted challenge and misjudged it. Id like to see a replay though as I didn't have a great view from the north stand.

Last season when I suggested putting foran and McKay up top together you knocked it back, but when terry suggests it your all for it. Double standards I think.
