Aw well at least we know he's going nowhere till at least January.
-
seal our spl status for another year and then move from there

pleased with the result. defense was solid, gillet again looked at home at centre half. i think hes actually better there than left back. and golobart was again superb. greg tansey showed great vision but lacked abit of execution but his delivery from free kicks and corners was superb and led to our goal. foran won me £25 all is forgiven for his goalscoring mishaps this season. hayes, made their left back earn his money same goes for doran until he had to go off, probably precautionary. a.shinnie, flashes of class again lacking game time, full 90 next week perhaps? tade, invisible man in the first half, think he just found himself standing in the box waiting for hayes or doran to whip a ball in, both hayes and doran took weight off his shoulders. improved when nick ross came on imo esson kept us in the gamein the first half, but apart from that was a relatively easy day for him a hard fought win but well deserved great to see foran get a goal and a enjoyable day out. good luck hm10

can we not just take this for what it is? an iniciative from the club to try and increse interest in season tickets and get more sales. weve been calling for years for the club to do something inovative to try and increase interest now they have. it definatly a step in the right direction imo and kenny and the board have done a good job on this imo.
-
And why was foran in that position anyway he was at right back trackIng back giving everything because his own players couldn't take whoever it was themselves. He showed great determination to keep going and IMO that was a foul worth taking.

Tansey and McKay have both done enough this season for me to earn new contracts. As for Clarkson and black. Ehmm yes please. Would absolutely love them to come up here.

That's a good point, we are limited in that we can only give 2500 odd tickets to the Old Firm. I probably can't talk about this much as I haven't made it to a home game this season :o You do have to ask where the 1000 fans who came in 2005/06 are now, although some of the attendances that season were very similar to the crowds we've drawn this time out. The novelty wore off I think

because unlike barrowman mckay puts in a shift week in week out, he doesnt have players around him offering good service like barrowman had. and hes probably better in the air than barrowman despite his 5'9'' frame. give him service and he will provide the goals imo. hes been asked to much of having to chase the terrible service from the back. id give him another season to prove his worth. gillet on his day is one of our best defrenders. since maybe february hes not been as good but id say is worth another season. we cant realy afford to offload defenders in his mould imo he was solid at centre back for the best part of 2 months when we needed him most and for me thats good enough.

it was typical of our season. we were the better side, had the better chances but were wasteful. the only difference between tonight and the rest of the season is that we were solid and didnt concede a late goal. esson- done the usual. meekings- agrovating very wasteful in possession tokely- the usual williams- on a par with tokely for me tonight both very solid capable defenders gillet- mr consistent, lets very little past him doran- exciting, but lacked a cutting edge for me. that will improve foran- the usual battling foran tansey- arae of passes on show tonight played decent ross-neat and tidy, no final ball though shinnie-performed the role of a winger well, proved he can play there, but missed the best opportunity of the game, frustrating because he can do it mckay- run his socks off, ran the channels like he always does, no service. all in all not all bad. a very frustrating game. should of won. thought owain should of played, perhaps 3 games in a week is too much though.

backed him from day 1 there was always something there and he needed time. thought that he wasnt at his best tbh. looked abit rusty but neat and tidy always finding space between the opposition banks of four and alway looking to slip a wide player or striker through. never shys away which i think was his problem earlier in the season. things wernt coming off but he didnt just hide he kept trying and it still wouldnt come off so people got agrovated. hes settled now and has slotted into the side well. heres a stat. hes only started 13 games this season and got 8 goals. hows that for a strike rate?

im talking about aberdeen away a couple weeks ago. we won 1-0 and we sang most the game. and st johnstone we sang for the first 20-25 minutes, then thins got awkward because of a disagreement over the no surrender jonny tuffey song. and then we all started singingn one step beyond. the game ended 0-0. if your not happy with the atmosphere you should try do something about it. bring a drum to an away game. start some chant. etc. whinning about it on the forum does feck all. its the same point that comes up every time on here at least twice a season.
-
Have you been to mcdirmid park? 4th in the league and they still struggle to get 3000 through the door. If we had something to chant about we would. if you had been at Aberdeen last month, or even st Johnstone a couple weeks ago you wouldn't be sayin this. You can't base your judgements on a handful of games. I'm guessing the ones you attended we lost. But caley away the atmosphere is almost always good

when you get released from the championship. the automatic step tends to be take a step back to go 2 steps forward. i could see it and i could see him scoring 15 goals next season. would be a classic butcher gem in my eyes. i also noticed steven pearsons getting released aswell. always thought he was talented but had his injury problems.

thats good by their standards. but one good one out of 100 of absolute drivel about famine and the one about the poppys. their reputation permanently tarnished for me.
-
Yeah his loss , he could be fighting relegation with ICT instead of going for a Champions League place . Are you really that stupid ? you want to get into this again? im not the one that threatens 15 year olds from behind a computer screen id say your the dumb one he went to airdrie for 6 months and got a move to an spl club. he could have signed for an spl club and could have moved his career on so much quicker if he had signed for us so yes it is his loss.
-
is it not 6 red cards as tanseys was recinded? i can only think of hayes, meekings, hoggs, tokelys, williams, david davis' and tanseys. correct me if there was one a missed. meekings and david davis are the only ones you cant make a case for. tokelys definatly wasnt, hoggs wasnt, williams was two yellows but i thought he got the ball the first yellow he got, and hayes first looked soft. so if take the fans perspective that could lower it to 2 reds the other 4 were very soft. and our yellow count is not low but it isnt high either. what is giving us this poor acolade of having the second worst disicpline record is soft reds made by refs that seem far to keen to take their red out.
-
gms didnt want to sign for us. meh his loss.
-
cant agree with the post saying we deserve to go down. hibs and dunfermline have one 1 game each at home this season. thats relegation form. when we went down we were probably one of the best teams to go down. we went down in the crulest manner. through rossco getting sent off and through michael higdons ass. imo we are still recovering from that. we lost alot of money and players because of higdons ass. not fair.
