  1. The one for tougher rules that will mean rangers will be deducted a third of the points they earned this season next season? So your all for Newco's being allowed in the SPL? dont think i mentioned newco Your right you never mentioned newco. I was asking if you were in favour of the newco rules and was wondering if you thought our chairman made the right vote. It appeared from your last post that you were in favour of them so I only asked to make sure. Nevermind though you've already mentioned in a later post that you don't care what happens to rangers even if they do enter back in through the newco. As I've mentioned in other threads I havnt a clue what any of the repurcutions are if rangers go into newco I've not followed it. But i think they should be treated in the same way as livi, and Gretna. But people more qualified than me in the club that will make decisions for the clubs benefit. I'm just a fan not a businessman
  2. it says that we have a GK lined up but only that we want a striker following Tades departure Well whatever it says it's a start
  3. Celery, celery If she don't *** Il tickle her bum With a lump of celery
  4. The one for tougher rules that will mean rangers will be deducted a third of the points they earned this season next season? Only if they are still in administration at the start of next season. That wont happen though because they will not still be in admin. There's more liklihood of them being a Newco allowed into SPL without penalty. It's all very confusing. Tbh I've taken no notice of what's going on at ibrox. I'm Not fussed what happens to them. My concern is ict. Not the league and certainly not rangers. I know feck all about what's gonna happen if rangers go into newco and I know feck all about the repurcutions of it. Is it not all hypothetical anyway?
  5. As I posted in another thread last night Ain't through lack of trying. We can still keep the majority just not the spine. Young players have to step up for us next season. Sutherland, and Ross need to follow in shinnies steps. Right now this is our team Esson Meekings--gillet?--Hogg?--G.shinnie Foran--Morrison Doran--A.shinnie--Ross Sutherland Subs: mathieson, Tokely?, Piermayr?, otj?, McKay?,u19,u19 Players who we already have for next season are given priority in this. Gillets ahead of Tokely because I think he's more likely to sign than the big man. Same for Hogg. Now that isn't a terrible team. Lots of creativity in midfeild, Hogg and gillet both very capable, and a lot of youth. A bit of experience aswell in Esson, gillet, Hogg and foran. So what do we need? We need Tokely, and piermayr to sign. And another 1 maybe 2 new defenders. meekings, gillet, and Hogg have played in both full back and centre half, perhaps we need 2 new defenders. Midfeild, again we need otj to sign. We need a new wide player and Another centre midfielder. We also have advantage of having Ross and foran who can play out wide and cover if need. Up front. The huge worry. Last seasons problem area. Right now we have Sutherland. Thats all. I expect McKay to sign. But then we have 2 strikers. We need 2 more after that at least one experienced. And as with other positions we have players who can cover I.e. foran. So we need 2 defenders 2 midfielders And 2 new strikers And the obvious new cover keeper unless butcher has faith in this mathieson boy. This is a minimum requirement list. This is what we need for the start of pre season. A 22 man squad going into pre season would be ideal. We can then add a few more players throughout pre season.
  6. According to the tyronestv gudge on twitter we have a tuffey replacement lined up. Aswell as a new striker. So that's 2 down 5/6 to go
  7. Im Having de javu. This is shinnie last season all over again. He's coming, no wait he's going elsewhere, all he needs to Do now is show up against clach as a trialist, and then sign. Am I being ambitious here?

  9. we are losing a good player and a great player. both of whom butcher brought in. just have faith he can do it again.

  11. Wasn't last season the 'building' season? Some of what ur drinking pls Luke! :D Last season was the best forgotten season I brew my own high :D
  12. Or its served it's purpose. It pushed players to make a decision on their future so we know where they stand. Tade and tansey were offered better deals and snapped at the chance to take them not the deadlines fault IMO just we can't compete with other clubs in the wage department.

  14. We will sign a few players in the next 3 weeks before pre season. We will have the usual trialists and a sprinkling of loanees. Put it in the oven for a season and we will have a lovely fluffy ict sponge.
  15. Are you Luke in disguise ?  You got me.
  16. He has just confirmed on twitter @tadepelson: Well as everyone have seen i am going away, i am grateful for the opportunity that Inverness gave me and for all the support. Gutted. Not sure what his intentions are but the opportunity to play in Europe even if it's only a couple games is a big draw.
  17. Im renewing mine the clubs doing what they can, they have made a great offer with this "recession ticket" and the rangers scenario isn't anything to do with them.i don't see why the club should suffer over the rangers scenario as its not do with us. I feel like we are an innocent child caught up in a parents feud.
  18. JH was very quick to dismiss it this morning. As I said earlier if it isn't true Aberdeen havnt helped themselves. This has caused jonny some grief taking time out of his holiday to tweet about his future when he should really be relaxing after a difficult season.
  19. I won't believe it until its confirmed. By one of the clubs.
  20. According to jonnys twitter not true. Can't imagine this is doing Aberdeen any favours.
  21. I suspect like any deadline contracts will be accepted on the deadline
  22. http://www.inverness-courier.co.uk/Sport/Football/Shinnie-hoping-ICT-squad-sticks-together.htm this sheds a little light on whos been offered new deal, whos signed and whos leaving.
  23. i think 2 years ago when tokely signed his last contract butcher seen him as indispensible so he offered him a fairly good pay package by our standards. now i think butcher sees him abit like mcbain, or gola in their later days. hes great to have around and will still do a job when called upon but wont be started week in week out if there are younger possibly better options around at the club, so doesnt feel the tokely is worth the same pay package as he was last time around. this could be the cause of tokelys disapointment. right now i think butcher feels we need tokely as we need someone we can rely on, but hes turning his attention to trying to find a replacment. for when we wont be able to call upon tokely.
  24. Totally agree. We don't get results on the pitch then people will just look for things to blame. It doesn't matter where the players come from if they were performing to their best no one would be complaining.
