ive changed my mind, id support direct action if brewster is appointed king caley cant be expected to carry the burden alone

i think serious questions need to be asked from the boards if they do go for brewster, very similar to the charlie christie appointment, very cheap and desperate (despite what i earlier said about supporting brew!). a boycott would be taking things just an inch or so too far! ask again at christmas, if we're still bottom then who knows what kind of support youll get :015:
  3. so who is going to the meeting? what questions will be asked?
  4. then ask the club if the players are really bothered about his salary and if so then what are the club doing to convince them that international players with extensive top league and european experience is good for them.... and stop moaning about marius being a mistake he will come good
  5. i think what youre saying is that YOU havent heard of marius nicolae before, you distrust the pr opportunities new media offers everybody and you believe that you can only accept him if he turns out to be the son of god :029: long before he signed for ict id already seen him play a few times on eurosport, i knew his name and career path instantly when i heard we were in for him. i have no doubt in my mind at all that he will turn out to be our best ever player, hes the best signing to come to scotland since henrick larsson and do not say that lightly. just watch this space (sadly i think he may end up with a novo, cannigia, fernandez type move along the way) what he earns is his and his employers business, not yours and not the players along side him, in an ideal world everyone would be on a performance dependant salary but for now any grumbles from players who earn a grand a week to serve up sh1te bottom of the league football, who cant get themselves fit by the start of a season and have no self motivation whatsoever need to know their place. if you claim they deserve a fairer salary because of the excellent teamwork theyve displayed in the past then i could give you the exact same argument to explain why nicolae is worth a **** of a lot more than every single one of them
  6. still it could be worse, you must remember your mad lewd homo rim teen incident
  7. all dargo has proved to the rest of the playing staff is that if you hold the club to ransom, talk to the press and p1ss everybody around, then you get a better deal so do you think the squad have a right to be miffed by marius's signing?
  8. ihe wasnt talking bullsh1t there johnboy, savage has already made a difference and everybody else needs to get upto speed fast, especially those players who arent happy with marius being paid more. would they have been p1ssed off with dargo if he signed the contract we'd offered him? it couldnt have been worth much less than nicolaes my fear with letting grassa go is a pretty highland league one, he may be very expensive to replace
  9. if we lived in a democratic country it would appear our number one target should be warnock, the people have spoken..! however, we all know where we live, grassa will hire his mate
  10. we dont need brew the player
  11. yeah theres an h in mcghee! the only 'source' ive ever seen for the coyle claim was on pie and bovril!
  12. who says he turned them down? not john boyle anyway, he has always maintained that mcgee was there number one choice for manager and rightly so

id like to see robbo do well for himself wherever he ends up
  14. also as ive said elsewhere, ict aren't a privately owned company, if shareholders (and id include trust members) have questions regarding working practices then they should be answered openly
  15. i think it was beyond that stage and was a cry of 'i cant be bothered anymore'
  16. who the **** has said 'i told you so' ? after every win last year i was given 'get it up ye clacher' on about a dozen occasions, then was heavily criticised for calling up cc's mistakes and weaknesses after we LOST matches, it wasnt an easy time giving a crap about the well being of ict. ive hardly said a word about christie leaving and shall carry on as such for the time being, theres nothing i could say now that would only be repeating what others have by now anyway. i do wish johndo and caley d luck in whatever comes there way. warning fans to not speak their minds with the threat of legal action is a display of total arrogance, bennet and savage are just employees of a tiny provincial football club and nothing more, they have to comply with the laws of the land just as ihe and caleyd do. the laws of scotland do not belong to ict, the football club have no right to throw them around the internet as threats against individuals -caleyd if you feel thats too confrontational feel free to delete it
  17. good move by the trust
  18. though ive no idea how much he was being paid here. and just to add, we are already paying ?200,000 a year for a player
  19. it was rumored brewster was being paid 160,000 a year by dundee united, we matched their offer before he left
  20. i said it on another website last night but it was good for christie to get a few things off his chest in 'that' summer interview. what he really didnt help himself in doing was bringing up the effect his working life was having on his family, that was when the questions really started getting asked, theres some things youre just not supposed to talk about with the media.. now every second post is saying 'enjoy spending time with your family..' or similar, we're all talking about it when really its none of our business how he spends his time. no wonder he felt under pressure, it was self inflicted, his private life shouldve been a sanctuary from ******s like me and 3-1 home defeats to dunfermline. it was he who invited in the observers into his private life, he then had nowhere to hide. if he does manage again in football then he needs to be a bit more savvy with the media will he stay with ict in some capacity? i hope he has bigger balls than that and leaves for good
  21. not completely the defenses fault from the highlights ive seen, they were left totally exposed by the midfield and had to move out of position. if munro was at full pelt and FIT then he wouldve cut out the second cross
  22. [img width=500 height=251]http://www.beatlefans.com/images/1964boston.jpg 'some people say the best things in life are free' :023:
  23. if neil warnock is genuinely interested then we should go for it, even if its just for one or two seasons he would certainly save us from relegation this time round hate to think what kind of instructions he'd give to black and roscoe, didnt he say on that football manager documentary he wouldnt care if an opposition player broke his leg if it helped sheffield united win? easily the most hated man in english football amongst other pros, i say we snap him up asap :017:
  24. what makes you think he doesnt have a shoddy 6 month rolling contract at partick similar to leveins at raith?
