  1. Going on about stewarding incidents at TCS over recent matches, I must say that a stewarding incident involving my partners wee boy has STILL not been resolved, and this happened at Love Street on the final day of last season... Wee Marc is my partners 7 year old disabled son, and he was happy as larry sitting in his seat behind the goals, cheering on ICT. With his feet on the back of the chair, lounged back for about 70 minutes of the match, he was not doing himself, or other around him, any harm at all. We then saw a steward stomp from the bottom of the stand to our seats 2/3rds of the way up, and proceed to shout and point at Marc ONLY for his feet on the chair. There WERE other people - grown adults, youths and pensioners - doing EXACTLY THE SAME and not causing disruption to anyone, who WERE NOT told off. My fellow Highland Marchers, other fans around us, myself and my partner were stunned!!! The steward did not explain his actions and Marc was devistated. He balled his eyes out until he had a mcdonalds at Perth... I contacted St Mirren:- 3 times by e-mail 2 times by Phone twice more by e-mail and once more by phone before getting a responce. The responce was vaigue and unhelpful to say the least - and that was WITH the threat of going further!!! It took more correspondence between ourselves and St Mirren, Derek Kirkwood of the SFA and Mike Smith at ICT (who was the only helpful assist we had belive it or not) to get anywhere. Finally, a Kenneth McGeogh from St Mirren invited me for a chat before this seasons tie at love street to explain St Mirrens stance. I could not make that ficture, sent a responce blah blah blah and that was the last correspondence!!! The stewarding STILL hasnt been explained by anyone and to top it off - All we wanted was a hand written apology addressed to Marc - That was it, nearly 4 months ago!!!
  2. That new boy Watt covered Caff and Rossco well and was solid in defence. I would like to see him partner Grant Munro in the centre and see if that creates a more solid stance. I must however been watching a different Watt to others. Rossco on the other hand, I thought, was relishing the chance to make runs forward, but we needed Wilson on the right to make it work. They link up very well on their day! Barry on the left didnt work in honesty. He was making great runs forward but had to stop and backtrack to get it onto his stronger foot to cross it. Caff, again this season, was weak at the back. He was slow in reacting and was at fault for arbroaths goal. I remember only one good tackle in the first half, that was it. The front pairing of wyness and Niculae worked well. wyness held the ball up well enough for niculae (and others) to gain ground and have their efforts. Great to see them both on the score sheet with 3 nicely worked goal (and a keeper error at the free kick)
  3. 'Caff was at fault for the goal which we conceeded last night, and didnt seem to be too much in the game on the whole. A few mistakes he made could have lead to further goals for them had Arbroath actually had any pace. I recon we give caff a start against hibs to give him his last chance, and replace him with steve watt. He seemed solid and covered both rossco and caff when out of position!
  4. I can and cant agree with all the comments above. We do need good results yes, and we do need consistancy... but would we get consistancy with 10 managers in as many years - i doubt it. Neil warnock was not a choice for the board for the simple reason they were scared of loosing him not long after gettin him. This guy, I am certain, would have stuck it out for at least 3 years... AND gained us results and maybe even some silverwear. It is ICT's loss now - i doubt we'll get another manager of his Kailbre for many more moons. Brewster will find it very hard to gain 'loyalty' back in this team. He has no idea what it means and I am sure the fans (and some players) will still feel let down by him to a certain degree. I am, however, willng to see him prove me wrong and succeed - afterall, he is now our club manager and at the start was scepticle of robbo's appontment - look what he ended up achieving... as for the rest I wasnt really interested. They would not, IMHO, bring success to Inverness. So long as we get results, maintain a good stature in the spl and have a few decent cup runs, I wll be happy.
  5. Am I not right iin saying brewster used to play as a defender in his younger days? perhaps he may be able to help fill the boid at the back. Caff certainly isnt cutting it this season, and with hastngs havins a wee injury at the moment, i dont think we can afford to keep mcbain at the back for much longer.

    Soccer AM

One programme i have missed since not having sky tv The classic days of Paul Daniels in the soccer locker, and the soccerette having no undies on are surely missed. We had a hoax invite for this a few years back. I'd certainly be up for a trip down - does hells bells still present with mr lovejoy?
  7. :rotflmao: They are superb !!! how the heck did she roll that car
  8. needs must :rotflmao: :rotflmao:
  9. Car bombs in London, 'Car bomb' at Glasgoq Airport and a 'Device' found at Alexandria Hospital in the space of 48 hours does not seem to me to be an 'amature attempt' at terrorism!!!
  10. Anyone would think I moved to Inverness and got my season ticket - just to head back down the road for visits. How rude :33: the point of these airlines to inverness from said destinations is to bring the Southern based ICT support 'home'
  11. Being someone whom works within an airport - even though a small one - I feel totally inconvenienced and in a sense scared to go to work. I already have to do seperate liquid orders and wait an age for them to arrive in my outlet, but now I need to use a seperate security entrence and practically undress to my kegs before being alloud to serve my customers. The guys that pick me up for work can no longer leave their cars unattened to even use the loo now. They need to now log their cars on spreadsheets and have them searched every time. To say people are not inconvenienced is wrong. People are scared and rightly so. This may well have been an amature attempt, but it's linked to a bigger picture... lets look at this bigger picture BEFORE passing stupid comments. People can get very hurt from stupid comments!!!

  13. congratulations to my folks for becoming Grandparents for the first time. My brother william (AKA Techno Gringo) and his girlfriend April, are parents to a healthy baby boy, born at 0420 on 31st May 2007. He weighed in at 6lbs 4oz and as yet has not been named. CCC told me once i was home, that she will now reffer to them as grand-papa and grand-mama gringo I'm just simply Uncle Wobbie. :32:
  14. That must be the auction almost over now Personally I would like to thank everyone who has donated to the Highland March this year. I©T and Team ICT are worthy charities, and all monies raised will help kids both locally and internationally. well done to all those involved in the event - it was yet again a great pleasure to walk with you all, and I look forward to next year already (even if my aches and pains dont clear by then, lol)
  15. On a Night like This - Kylie (Can't beat a bit of Kylie - Grrrrrrr!!!! :016:)
  16. I'm tempted for that... Would need to know where and when. My clubs are still at Gringo towesr 500 miles away, plus I have the Highland March in May.

    What if??

cant really see it happening, but ya never know....... after saturdays perfomance - i wouldnt be surprised. Will be an different Highland March if we end up walking to our relegation match to think, around oct/nov we were level on points with Rangers and aberdeen - now take a look...!!!
  18. I, like many people, thought that was our worse performance of the season. utter shee-ite!!! Caff made a few good tackles, but I dont consider him to be a regular in our side for next season. He's been out the startig line up for a long time in football terms, and I just dont think he can cut it in the SPL. Dods - never rated him in 99% of games this season. He seemed to tire earlier than usual, and he wasnt exactly strong in the dunfirmline box (whenever we got that far) I thought Hastings was our best defender today. Rossco was ok, but his passing seemed to lack accuracy - especially in the second half. Bayne and McSweagan couldn't do alot, as the 'hoof it and see where it goes tactic' just didnt work. Bayne scores his best goals with his feet, he should have to hold up play and set up, he should be forward waiting deliveries. the only players I would rate on that park, would be Wilson, Paatelinen, and Black. Good service from them all, and Marcus seemed to enjoy the left, even if noone moved up with him. I say credit to dunfirmline. They had the desire and fair play to them - even if they did play dirty in parts. The ref was shocking, and his linemen were utter pish. I certainly need to see some replays of that match to see alot of his offside decistions, and the Wilson Penalty claim. Charlie was raging when the second went in, and instantly called over dargo and rankin. at least he made the change with plenty of time to spare, instead of trying to keep the same 11 on the park start to finish like he has done most the season.
  19. She has done this to herself........ she has to want to help herself first and from what ive seen she dont want to do that.. and.....why should people pay taxes to help people like her when they do it to theirs selves there are people more deserving than her . this is ccc btw
  20. hmmm... not sure if my comments should go public. lol.... but if i choose of of the RG's or GAG's i'd say you're Montgomery 'MOOSE'. hehehe just kiddin hunny cannae mind which toy ya said ya still have, but think it's dotty dog
  21. It is unfortunate that you had to drop out of the preparations for this years march IHE. the craick we have during these events is fantastic and you would have been more than welcome. I believe we already have you down for HM6... Who would have thought that 4 years ago, the Highland March would get bigger and better year on year. I would like to express my advanced thanks to all those who have supported us over the years, and wish to support us again.
