  1. How about this for a van dijk style finish. https://mobile.twitter.com/burstbawfitba/status/682246384116961281/video/1.
  2. I take it they didn't have any of the fail clips of Rooney trying to score for us.
  3. Aww get back on board your pirate ship? ' Her Majesty's Ship Sneck' And do an orinoko flow. Calder isn't even 1st with Broonie and Brill close behind.
  4. Mantis that I pad of yours didn't throw quantify in to the equation either. Delighted with the 3 points. Thought we had lost them twice but its a good 3 points to pull further away from 11th. Even if we did let in 3
  5. What a guy, it looks like Liam has prevented a full blown punch up on the team bus, with the last goal. Save it for County guys.
  6. Seeing as we don't have any 1885 glory hunters left I think we can all be considered newbies. Take any of our SPFL/ SPL goalies and stick them in the bottom 2 divisions and they would be as good if not better than Jim Calder.
  7. Have you got the stats on their penalty saves Sneckboy. 3rd, Jim sit on the crossbar Calder. 2nd, Ryan Esson, 1st Deano. Owain hasnt been here long enough yet to be in contention yet.
  8. Theyre not a bad bunch. http://www.braeheadclan.com/news/2086/news-clan-players-spread-the-festive-joy.html#.VoMq6iOnzqA Especially when it comes to donating gifts to the wards of a large local children's hospital, formerly York Hill.
  9. Is Benjamin O, no 5
  10. Do you mean ones with the half season ticket info and prices including the offer of additional free seats for the Highland Derby. If the club printed some off I could very easily put them in a few prominent places too. If this were to happen it would be better to have a code to quote for an extra 10% off in the club shop and a photo with the cup Or better still a blank space to add the location where its on display to use as a code. The club then has some feedback on how successful it is. Ideally have a Cup final background theme. Just a wee suggestion.
  11. How many people do you invite in to watch???
  12. They did reduce the seats to one section for Celtic, even if they do the same I would imagine 1 section would be ample on Boxing day.
  13. You would expect a deal as good as that would end up on the money saving expert forum, not only can you buy a season ticket where kids go free but you can then get extra free tickets for a Derby match for their pals.
  14. A time for peace and good will and hope all your prayers and wishes come true at this special time of year. Best Wishes to all and as IHE would say Have a Merry Fecking X Mas !
  15. Turning to plumbing was what he wanted to do, as at the time, although he could play, I believe his heart wasn't in football and It wasn't a decision based on money. Now that he's got something to fall back on it would be good to see if he wants to test himself at a higher level for a few seasons, before age gets in the way.
  16. I know you mean well Sneckboy but unless you go to a 'mums market' you will soon realize its 95% mums that go there. No kids on a Saturday afternoon means extra free time with no kids around, I think it's you who implies women's work could be done, I was thinking the mums market would be a good way to spread the word regarding a football match watched by 85-90 % males
  17. Much the same as any corporate Christmas card where they want to strike the balance between Xmas and promoting their business. I would be pretty impressed if someone bought a season tickets on the back of seeing their neighbours ICT card, can't see it happening though on a card alone tbh. Maybe run a comp next Autumn to design one then. The mums market at the leisure centre might have been a good target audience for a stall and half season tickets for their kids and dads which also frees up mums Saturday afternoons. They usually have a high turnover of customers. Maybe one for the run up for next season
  18. Just thought I would give this a bump on here too. https://m.facebook.com/MorayCaleyThistlesupportersclub/?refid=17&_ft_=top_level_post_id.1089120881127883%3Atl_objid.1089120881127883&__tn__=C Best of luck with it. Strathspey are in a good position too as a local community 16 seater bus for hire only charge, if these figures are still correct, 90p per mile and 60p after 100 miles. Providing the criteria is met.
  19. Did you lot only buy one pint and a dram to share. No wonder you lost the flag you must have been out of it if you got to hold the voddy and coke.
  20. Why not make it Monday then and stay dry if it rains
  21. That's a relief as long as it doesn't affect Richie's scoring abilities with his face the that's good news.
  22. Let's just put this one to bed eh, regardless of peoples plethora of political or religious knowledge or an indepth understanding of peoples psyche from far away lands. It doesn't belong here. "Caley Thistle This forum is for discussions that involve Caley Thistle either on or off the park. If your post is not football related, is not about Caley Thistle or doesnt fit in here for some other reason, please use one of the other forums."
  23. Thought this would sum up the season pretty well, hats off to young man who put this together. Beating Celtic at their very best and finally reaching the Scottish cup final was a biggie for me. https://youtu.be/f3y-PUd2hr8
