  1. Where did you lose it and please don't reply if I knew that it wouldn't be lost :-) What town, bar do you think it was left at, have you contacted FC Astra or the orphanage that a donation was made to for assistance ?
  2. Golobart When he was good he was good and when he was bad he would scare the crap out of half the team.
  3. Did that flag of yours ever turn up?
  4. I hope he can use his head as well as his feet.
  5. A good 3 points, we won the battles in Midfield and defense to make it easier for the guys up front and the keeper, could have scored plenty more too in the 2nd half Polworth my motm
  6. Only trouble is you can't pick and choose the clubs u want to play. Who do you play the following season
  7. I can recall playing against SPL clubs in testimonials and also the top flight teams we played against in Cup comps in the early days, at the time I felt they were all big clubs and it really was an achievement beating the likes of Killy, Motherwell, Hearts to name a few. Pity about Celtic not reaching the group stage maybe they would have more continental success on Eurovision.
  8. It must be a decent enough offer to get a shirt sponsor organised so early in the season. It's also promising that companies see our club as a good investment to enhance their business. As for an additional sponsor I don't see the problem and it won't be large, for the volume of shirts we probably sell in a typical season, its a welcome boost. An extra logo may equate to the profit of 500-1000 shirts
  9. Well instead of multiple sponsors logos we could always go for a pie chart.
  10. 5 pots, with groups of 8 to get picked per group through all the leagues, did Barry Hearn have anything to do with this. 8 Remaining Premiership. Top 8 of Championship Bottom 2Championship, top 6 of div1 Bottom 4 div1, top 4 of div2, Bottom 6 div2, h league, l league. With draw on BT sport. You can't pick and choose nearest teams from all leagues but could loosely split each group in two, especially the bottom 2 pools. This Cup has always seemed to be in the shadow of the Scottish cup. The best 16 in the country go into a knock out comp. This will be harder to win than the Scottish cup but will still give all clubs a bash at it. Should push up the Cup sponsorship value too. I think the powers that be have done well thinking this one up and showing the courage to bring it to life.
  11. I would say it offers more protection to the top championship teams instead of Hibs and Rangers playing against the likes of Celtic Aberdeen etc early on. The bigger clubs stay in for longer creating more interest. Not a bad change, from the norm.
  12. There's still a couple of 2015s left in the club shop. If CJT can manage to sell the coach number boards from the buses going to Hampden. I'm sure they can sell this years callendars.
  13. When are the calendars out as will probably buy a few things in one go.
  14. I know, some county fans even took their shirts off when Hamilton scored.
  15. Hoping the game goes ahead. Celtic seem to be very unlucky on our home turf. Ronnie D had yet to taste victory here. It's been 2 years since their last win. Add to that they don't like early KOs either.
  16. Technically I don't see how they can differentiate between a Partick student in Inverness going home for the match or 20 ICT students in Glasgow sitting in the main stand for free.
  17. Student Super Saturday. Students go free home support only. I would have thought this type of rule applies to all.
  18. That's great news and we even managed to earn £ 54,000 than Neil Doncaster.
  19. Why do apps want so much info from your phone?
  20. Arnold clark £89 for the day large mpv 9 seats. Plus fuel + 10p per mile over 250 miles and its not rejecting tomorrow's date.
  21. A community bus was simply a plan B, I was even looking into driving one to the home games from Culloden but you have to have an initial volume of interest first to kick start it, (some places do Midas training for free) Is this transport actually advertised anywhere else bar here. Is it in the match day programme? If it was then you would potentially have a sponsor as they would have somewhere to say that they are sponsors as well as the advert. I get emails from the club but not from CJT would that help things if an email was sent out to all supporters regarding the transport or what ever you want. No point expecting the club to line a bus companies pockets just to 1/3 fill a bus.Contact a different bus company and you would run the bus with lower numbers/ make more profit when it's fuller. The supporters club in Greig St have the same problem for evening home matches Ive heard, personally I would prebook 2 or 3, 8 seater taxis instead of hiring a bus if a low turnout is expected, the usual bus ticket fee would cover the costs per taxi inc return. At least there will be central belt fans at the match and hope the ones not going on the bus manage to car share etc.
  22. Would supporters be interested in driving a 16 seater minibus down by any chance? Could a minibus be provided or hired from a registered charity or community transport if a price could be agreed?
  23. What happened to the continental referees ?can't we use one who just happens to be on holiday.
