Marius Niculae
Marius is known in footballing terms as a "Striker" not a 'Set up and watch' He has to start scoring some goals, sorry but I'm not gonna pussyfoot around him or any other player regardless of who they are or where they come from in-case I'm offending them, I couldn't give a feck if he came from the moon or was bleeding Thierry Henry. The harsh reality is people are seeing the same thing he is slow and immobile. Yes his touches are good and his passes are excellent, so what we saying here folks, he should be a midfielder and have roles like the crabs, Barry Ferguson and Neil Lennon ?. His current position is a striker he should be scoring goals and given his past "illustrious history" should be earning his ?4000 a week or whatever he is getting. Wyness, Bayne and Brewster can all do it for far much less money and can set players up as can our Midfielders. I'm not going to look for the stats but he must have played nearly 10 games now ? and his only goals have come against Arbroath in the cup. That is not international class. As IHE has said there are four pages about whether Mike Fraser should be dropped, Theres plenty of threads slating Rory McAllister for not scoring goals, Why is Marius being left out and instead being defended by the majority ? Surely people are not scared of having an opinion on him in-case it gets misunderstood for racism :029: Marius is a footballer and like all others will probably gladly take any praise but if he cant take the criticism of his weak points he should not be playing the game. I'll give him credit where its due when he starts doing what he's paid for, Scoring goals. Was he or was he not brought here to replace Dargo ? ?4,000 a week (i dont give a toss how it adds up to that amount it his is approx weekly earning) for no goals, Alan Savage Sir - it looks like you are a mug and are being taken for a ride!. :029: Brewster drop Marius and give Bayne a couple of games please. :021:

Hearts = Laughing Stock
Funny as Feck details about Hearts come out by Craig Gordon in the media this weekend nearly 10 pages of it from what i've heard :rotflmao: I presume he did'nt sign the confidentiallity agreement Cant find a link online to it, but its apparently all spread out in the News of the World. [img width=500 height=687] Anyway some of the details for folk who may not have seen this :001: A magic black box, that you put your hand on and it tells you in Russian if your fit to play or not. :015: :015: :015: Vlad designed home and away strips for Hearts, the home one had maroon tartan shorts with a SPORRAN printed on them. :015: :015: :015: A Lithuanian man walking around in a hospital gown that looks like PJ's with a clipboard in his hands, saying he could heal the players injurys by minipulating the flow of energy in the injured area with his hands. :015: :015: :015: So many Lithuanian players training with the Hearts squad, that Gordon didn't know half there names. :015: :015: :015: Training consisted of Piggy Backs and Wrestling. :015: :015: :015: Lets be honest, Hearts are owned by a maniac :rotflmao:

Jobs worths
The club tried that along the A9 with the singing section and managed to **** it up by not putting a roof on it :33: How many people wanna change there season tickets from a seat in the dry warmth of the north stand for an open section in the wet and cold conditions over the winter when you attempt to stand up the stewards come over and tell you off for it, the club and the stewards need to realise the fans are attending a football match not fecking kindergarten.

Meanwhile down at Chelsea from the weekend :018: The derby match versus Fulham will be the first time fans will have the chance to vent their anger at Roman Abramovich about the loss of their manager. Security in the ground will take away banners if they are viewed as been anti-Ambramovich. A club insider revealed Chelsea's top brass are braced for a torrent of abuse against the higher management, and offending banners will be taken away under health and safety regulations. Today on the BBC site Chelsea Fans Bordering Racism in the report "Chelsea supporters were also chanting the name of Mourinho " how on earth is that border racist towards Avram Grant :024: :029: Its coming to the day when taking yourself into a stadium will be banned under health and safety :33: :rotflmao: Would it be wrong to suggest taking in banners to the next ICT home game (The Setanta Clash with Aberdeen) to get some Media Coverage over this farce every home game. Some nice banners with "stewards out" and "safety officer out" or is that likley to get them even more wound up and selective in their targeting :017:

ICT -V- FALKIRK : Matchday Thread
Played excellently against Falkirk and the most entertaining game of football i have ever seen from ICT. Bit sloppy at times in patches after the Falkirk goals and for some spells in the 2nd half but that cant go against anything the guys put in over the course of the 90 minutes. We looked a real class act at times with the neat passes, nice wee flicks and touches and Ian Black scoring a goal that Lionel Messi would have been proud of, and at times I was even surprised we played that good. We have far more potential than we would like to think and without putting pressure on the guys, If we don't finish in the top 6 this season it will be a shock going on that games evidence. I hope Roman Abramovich wasn't watching, He'll be after Brewster to replace Avram Grant :sillywave:

WE'RE NOT BOTTOM ANYMORE
Bye Bye to silly little Gretna :blah01: Thanks for entertaining us the past 8 SPL games you have had your fun with the big boys but now you can start to slowly decapitate yourselves back to where you came from - a village club with no money playing the likes of Whitby Town and Bridlington. No need to redevelop Raydale anymore
-
Dennis Wyness
Hopefully this recent run of goals has been the kickstart to a return to days gone by when he scored for fun in the first division and now is the time he has arrived in the SPL :021: :clapping03: :clapping03: :clapping03:

Don Cowie
Even as full time was approaching he was still running around with full gas as if the match had just kicked off. wasn't fully convinced on his signing at the start of the season given his performances last year for the wee club but have been very impressed with him this season for us. Clearly our best purchase from over the bridge and has to be one of the best signings by ICT. :001:

Russeldinho
For once i agree with the announcement of man of the match. Russell was outstanding and would'nt have looked out of place in a Premiership side today. Now he just needs to start doing this every week :003:

I Noticed the 3 morons in yellow jackets heading up the steps to the top of section G today and wondered what was going on. Is this what it has come to, 3 cowards racing to be first on the scene within minutes of the kick off to tactically decide who should stay and who should go on the orders of one person lacking common sense :33: :33: :33: Why dont they go the full fecking hog and have a phone vote before each match. Mike Smith or whoever the safety officer is in charge of these tools, please resign from your position immediately :33:

Blackie and his new attitude
Keep up, Gail Platt kicked him out :sillywave: No No Seriously, Its great to see Ian's attitude improve and long may it continue and hopefully gone are the days when he mouths off to referee's getting himself needlessly booked :021: Nice goal too today and got back into my applause book today :clapping03: :clapping03: :clapping03:

Marius Niculae
Marius Niculae ? WHO :024: oh yeah that's the one, overpaid for this club and unfit, only scored against Arbroath while being here, has only 20 goals in club football since 2001 for an attacker but is considered a "superstar" by many just because he has 20 something caps for his country, played part of a Uefa Cup Final and was apparently half decent on championship manager. Still if he turns that around and becomes a success over the course of this season and starts scoring the goals he's supposedly capable off then ill be delighted to eat any humble pie and be re-quoted in May and ill say i was wrong in calling him "WHO" :003: Before anybody thinks this is a personal attack on Marius, it is not. I don't know him and have never met him (although if he wants someone to go nessie spotting with, I love a good trip down Loch Ness :sillywave:). I'm basing this on what I've seen from his performances and stats. I would love it if he succeed at this club and i think a harsh but fair lesson in what the fans are seeing from him is just what he may need to give his ICT career the kick up the backside it needs. Lets be honest, We've slaughtered Rory for less. :024: I currently don't like what I'm seeing for the wages that's been paid and as a supporter I'm entitled to have a grumble.

Neil Warnock interview
Just return under the thinking your money's going towards your favourite players wage. Staying away is just letting Smith beat you :017: Principles are one thing, being at the stadium on a matchday and supporting your team is another :003:

ICTFC - Disciplinary Guidelines
IF its such a danger to stand up during a game, then why the feck are Stewards allowed to stand up and walk around looking for excuses to be noticed. Some of these power tripped toss-pots (and i wont re=phrase that because that is what most of them are at Caledonian Stadium) should just sit on a seat at the front of the stand and just not be noticed unless a serious incident is starting to happen, instead of going looking for easy targets such as kids who 9 times out of 10 are going to reply with a mouth of abuse or backchat landing them into more trouble than what the original offence maybe. A good steward is one who is not noticed. A bad steward is one who makes a name for him/herself by creating a scene by going up-to a situation that's not out of control. Either standing is banned in ALL stadiums no matter what the level of football, OR its allowed in ALL stadiums. Further up the league you go, fans are punished as they go-to the game with the prices then in the stadium with the "rules" that haven't applied at lower levels. :33: :33: :33: Somedays i think, a January afternoon jumping around on the terracing to keep warm with a howling gale off the north sea and lashing sleet at Arbroath in the 2nd Division is much more fun to being in the SPL and listening to that sectarian sh1te Rangers are freely allowed AND get off with blasting out while we are told to sit down.

January Transfer Window
I dont think there is any need to panic just yet. It will all come good eventually and i still believe a top 6 place is not beyond us. It will be difficult but it can be done, however ill be happy just to finish 11th after the start we have made this season. I do agree though the defence needs a bit of addition. And i mean permanent members not loaners. Midfield seems ok but could do with a natural left winger because there is too much space on the left never being used when we move forwards, either that or change the tactics so the midfielders can run into that space. We have no problem on the right with 2 or 3 chasing for every ball down the wing. Attack doesnt need changes, apart from maybe letting Rory out on loan somewhere and maybe bringing in a fresh face to challenge him when he returns.

Petition for Stewart Paterson
Its rather cringeworthy that players names and players wifes names are appearing on the petition :33: If it is them then ok they are allowed their opinion, but if not then why are there names being used :018: i mean seriously :017:

Tosh from the Special One
Has Mourinho finally lost the plot Start of the week Biggest load of tosh since Cantona's seagulls following the Trawler :015: 'The style of how we play is very important. But it is omelettes and eggs. No eggs - no omelettes! It depends on the quality of the eggs. ?In the supermarket you have class one, two or class three eggs and some are more expensive than others and some give you better omelettes. ?So when the class one eggs are in Waitrose and you cannot go there, you have a problem.? Following the draw against Rosenborg "We had something like 20 chances but that was only enough for one goal." "Maybe we need 40 chances to score two goals or 60 to score three." :rotflmao: What a shame, its all gone wrong down at Ch?ls?a. :021:
