  1. Storey’s last appearance? Replacing Toddy who I hope signs a new contract.
  2. 2-2. Ayr had been pressing but not our best defending. Doran on for Mackay. I hope Doofer Dad’s prediction of 3-2 turns out to be right, but Ayr looking the more likely at the moment.
  3. Great chance for Sutherland there but well off the mark. Lyall now replacing Sutherland.
  4. We started well and deserved our lead. We’ve bossed possession and passed pretty well but not created much. Toddy has had a couple of efforts but out of luck so far. Ayr have been poor and not looking like a team battling relegation. They maybe got lucky with the penalty but as a result it is 1-1. Our goal was excellent with great vision by Welsh. I thought it was MacGregor who scored as did the commentators but I see the club website is saying Mackay, as are the BBC. Not the best game, with Welsh and Allan the best for us so far.
  5. 1-1. Penalty. All our players protested and it looked soft. At least one booked for protesting, possibly Carson.
  6. Not a great surprise after his recent performances. Hopefully he knows he will develop better getting game time with us. As an aside, the BBC have wrongly credited the goal to Mackay.
  7. MacGregor 1-0! Great play with Welsh picking him out and a cool finish.
  8. David Cox featured on tv talking about the issues he has faced, which was brave. I’m not privy to what happened tonight but, if true, it shows how cancerous the game can be, with racism only being one issue alongside issues relating to mental health and, I’m sure, many others. Clubs need to act when their players are those making discriminatory comments rather than defiantly showing support. They must know when players are acting wrongly. If they don’t take action, nothing will change. We’ve seen it ourselves this season with Robbo’s issues. If opposition fans turn on him next season about it as they see him as an easy target, action must be taken.
  9. I know it is a “nothing game” for us, but let’s hope the guys put on a show and get a positive result. Anyone know what the announcement tomorrow about something different in the livestream entails?
  10. I’m sure he’s not bothered in the slightest. He admitted he over reacted, so that should be the end of it given he is owing out. On Jack’s post, what happened in the Stenhousemuir game?
  11. She’d probably do a better job of getting justice for Toddy than the SFA!!!
  12. Did Toddy’s hearing take place today? I can’t find anything about it on line, so presumably it was postponed or adjourned given the delay to Raith’s Davidson’s case.
  13. Looks like Partick are coming up. 5 up on Falkirk after 72 minutes and they can’t be caught. Cove, Airdrie and Falkirk (currently in that order) will be in the play offs with whoever ends up 9th tomorrow in the Championship.
  14. HT 1-0 FT 3-1 ICT Toddy Ayr McCowan Joker please.
  15. Encouraging signs there about Robbo. The reference to the last training session confirms the players are off come the weekend too, so there cannot be any indication that the cup final is on the agenda next month. They all deserve their break after this season and all they have had to contend with. Hopefully someone remembers to sort out a new contract for Toddy and we have plans to replace those players who are moving on!
  16. The problems are that nothing can be arranged as long as Raith are in the play offs, whilst we will be rusty by the time it could be played, and will probably have let the players start their summer break, as there is no reason to have them training after Friday’s game. That would put us at a disadvantage so it is unlikely the club would agree to a late May date. Early next season could be a possibility, and hopefully crowds are back then. However, I agree with others, and would be happy if they declared us joint winners and we can focus on next season.
  17. A good goal, but not the one I picked! I went with Duffy, closely ahead of Carson and Toddy, given he cut in and scored from distance into the corner with his weaker foot. Whoever wins, I will have no complaints as they were all quality. For the player awards, I went with Toddy and Mackay. Toddy had a good start to the season but missed some game time with injury and too time to get a starting place again, but once he did he was invaluable. Mackay grew as the season went on and only just pipped Deas for me. Is the announcement live on ICTTV on Friday evening??
  18. Really? Which one did you pick?
  19. I agree with all of the above, and anticipate Robbo will have the final say on whether he returns or not. If he decides not to and McCann is up for it, I will have no complaints. We need to remember Kells’ situation too.
  20. A rare goal for Alex Fisher for Exeter tonight, whilst Scott Boden scored for Torquay. Rory McAllister scored for Cove, but their draw with Partick makes it unlikely they will get the automatic promotion place as they are 4 points behind with 2 games left.
  21. I’m always amused getting leaflets from the Greens, given they want to save the environment. I’m sure they will claim they are made of recycled paper, but that still needs energy to produce it, and I’d be amazed if it is all green energy.
  22. Nice to see the Goal of the Season Award too. We scored some pretty decent goals! Be aware that the poll closes at 2359 on Thursday.
