  1. If it works the same as last season then yes.
  2. This is also good fun. I don’t bet with traditional or on line bookies but I do participate (not very successfully) in this. Join in, it’s light hearted and enjoyable.
  3. It’s good fun so hopefully we get a lot more entries. Last season it went down to the wire with the title being decided on the last day. Sign up, and enjoy!
  4. MacLeod looked good in that role in previous matches before he had to move to right back, so he could be the solution to that.
  5. Robert replied to STFU's topic in Caley Thistle
He played against Elgin and pretty sure against County too. We probably didn’t take any chances with players today given the league is looming.
  6. This may turn out to be a timely reality check and ensure we are focussed on hitting the ground running next Saturday at Kelty. Better to lose today, when our chances of qualifying were slim, than in a league game. But I agree, we do need to get a striker in or that could be our achilles heel again.
  7. Of course it is but it’s the type of game we have often struggled with in this competition. Credit to the management team and players. It will be a good boost to confidence.
  8. Make that 4-1, MacLeod with our third goal in five minutes.
  9. We now lead 3-1 after two quick goals by Allan and Longstaff.
  10. BBC have us 1-2 ahead but it’s really 1-1. They had a ‘mare last Tuesday too when they were in a time warp 😂😂
  11. Is the BBC app on the blink again? It says it’s 1-1 with Devine scoring for both, but no mention of the goal for us in the text. Live Score has us 1-0 down due to an own goal.
  12. I missed today’s game so it’s good to hear the feedback. On the face of it, losing 1-0 to a higher league team is no disgrace and I’m more worried by what happens on Tuesday in East Kilbride as they seem to be on fire. I hear we had cheerleaders today, which I didn’t expect. What on earth did that consist of, did it add to the matchday experience and should it be repeated? Seems an unnecessary cost to me.
  13. The way to avoid that is to get promoted to the Championship and enter the competition at the last 32 stage and avoid the ridiculous league stage.
  14. They made the Challenge Cup semi finals last year when still in the Lowland League, beating Ayr, Airdrie and Cove along the way, so we must be ready for a tough match.
  15. A farce! I’d have been more enthusiastic if Highland and Lowland League teams were involved.
  16. Kevin McHattie has left Brechin and joined Midlands League Lochee United.
  17. Wick won 2-1.
  18. I’ve not seen how it works but it will be good if we avoid any League 1 teams if your information is right.
  19. After the scare when Elgin hit the post after we gave the ball away cheaply, that turned into a pretty routine win. The two goals came at the right time and effectively killed the game. MacLeod deservedly MoM and I thought Strachan had a good game too, whilst Sole looks to have potential. If we can get a striker in to take the weight off McKay we will have a pretty strong squad.
  20. I’m sure I read somewhere that the new kits would be here around the start of the league season and a new shirt sponsor announced. The Highland Hospice logo is being used to cover up ILI on last year’s kit until the new ones arrive.
  21. Wallace Duffy has left Brora and “is taking an indefinite break from football”.
  22. Im not at the game but it’s likely that MacLeod and Chalmers are a 2 in a 4 2 3 1.
  23. No trialists tonight in a very strong starting line up: Munro Millen Devine Savage Strachan MacLeod Chalmers Allan Wotherspoon Mckay Longstaff
  24. What’s your issue with the bar? Prices have been frozen at last season’s prices with a pint £5 which is a lot less than you will pay for the same beer elsewhere in the area.
