  4. Good thinking that...nice one.. :004:
  5. Bit pricey for a fake don't you think? Nice though.
  6. Aye, you're right. The Arsenal goal was the result of a bad decission. Def' a dive that one. However, I did here that one of the linesmen had to be replaced before kick-off because he was photgraphed wearing a Barca' shirt.
  7. Not bad a game as it turned out but was totally spoilt by some very bad refereeing decissions. Shame Arsenal couldn't hang on but, I suppose, Barca's class told in the end. Could have been a differant strory had it been 11 against 11.
  8. D'ya mean I've got to work it out one day? :blush02:
  9. Could be a bit of Fruit and Nut? :001:

  14. Variation on a theme..... Two boiled sweets are sat in a bar, one of them is orange and the other one is blue. The orange boiled sweet says to his mate, "i'm the hardest toughest meanest boiled sweet there is, I tell ya, no other boiled sweets better mess with me!". The blue boiled sweet looks up from his pint and says "you know what, I believe you, if you say you are the hardet toughest meanest boiled sweet there is, thats thats good enough for me... the two boiled sweets carry on drinking. A minute later, a green boiled sweet bursts through the door and barges past the orange boiled sweets to get the bar where he promptly orders a double vodka... downs it in one and leave, the whole time the orange boiled sweet has done nothing but look nervously into his drink. Again, the green boiled sweet barges past as he's on his way out. Looking up from his drink the blue boiled sweet says to his mate "hey! I though you were supposed to be the hardest boiled sweet about! what happened there?!". The orange boiled sweet looks up sheepishly and says... "well i'm not messing with him... he's menthol!"
  15. Ah..that's so saaaaaad, I'll never eat chocolate again.... :019: :019:
  16. Nowt wrong with that - he played the ball, fair and square! :015: :017:
  17. That ol' lure of money will strike again. I hope these players take a good long look at how other former ICT players have faired after leaving ICT. If I copuld be ersed I'd do a list - a kind of what happened to them ttype thing - I';m sure it would make very interesting reading indeed. Think of job security guys - stay with ICT, you know it'll make sense in the long run.
  18. I believe an SPL2 will be the final nail in the coffin of the wee teams from the 2nd and 3rd divisions and, possibly, a further nail in the coffin of Scottish football in general.
  19. Still no mention of this in the local rag down here folks....mind you, we are talking about the Coventry Evening Telegraph here, which isn't the quickest of papers with news in these parts.
  20. That's a desperate shame for Stewerty, the Highlands and Peterhead - still, it'll be fun watching PT struggle in the 1st. maybe!
  21. He'd be feckin mad to come to this doghole of a city. Don't do it Craig.
  22. :015: :015: ...that's my Highland March training that is...too much of the ol' breast stroke during swimming ya know!! :004:
  23. Aye, not a bad game of footy. Have to agree re your comments about the ref though. Skelton, for me, was MotM but Main was very good, as you say, taking control of the box. The post saved Gretna twice but they have to go in to count. Gretna missed a few chances and almost commanded the second half - no cutting edge though despite their romp in the 2nd div. Good performance from them and good to see a wee team in the final for once. I suppose it just wouldn't have been 'right' for Gretna to have won the Cup. Has sanity now returned to the SFA Cup?
